UFOlidays… Greetings and Good Will

Happy Winter Solstice 2015

The year is winding down and we’ve had some major events that have rocked the world. In the US, we’re in the throes of campaignitis, where everyone gets a little crazy for a short time. I’m reminded of an old Latin saying, “Vocatus Atque Non-Vocatus, Deus Aderit.” What that means is, “Invoked or not invoked, the gods are watching.”

Since we have often confused our space brothers and sisters for gods and goddesses, perhaps it is time we took another look at why and proceed with an altered state of consciousness, one that engages a larger thoughtmosphere. We’ve been told ‘the conduit is closing’ over a decade ago, by the ‘watchers’ from afar who are able to manipulate live material without harm. Actions far outweigh words… true?

If we were a race, or a combination of races, that have evolved to understand universal laws which eventually enabled us to travel outside our solar system with ease, how would we treat others that hadn’t reached our understanding yet? Knowing the process can only be ‘nudged’ and not manipulated, we might choose to engage at more subtle levels of consciousness and in the places where only those who were looking would find us.

Some interesting history about the Archons that may be helpful to understand yet another aspect of engagement comes from ancient texts followed by the Gnostics and was featured recently onUfologyPress.com. It certain will open your eyes to a contrary, perhaps, notion of who and what they are. Suffice it to say we have potentially grossly misunderstood their mission and purpose with humanity.

Much of what has been shared with seekers of synaptic solace from our star families appears to focus on simple observation of the things that are going on around us. Star family representatives, whether we call them the Galactic Federation or Celestial Siblings, share these mathematically precise patterns with us on the internal view screen from time to time. Maybe you’ve notice the hexagonal patterns and more.

Cycles, Patterns and Rhythms in a cosmic sense are extremely slow compared to our human perception that tends to expect a speedy delivery of information today. A different kind of CPR relies on the shift of ages and our conscious alignment with the process at a heart level. The awareness of the congruence of science and spirituality, for instance, is filtered back through our personal and professional lives as we find greater balance and harmony in sharing the details.

Amidst the cohorts of chaos are soul soothers, aware that our planet and people are the most important assets to our future. Our star families have made it clear we have to create the urge to merge in efforts to honor each other, care for one another and develop sustainable living habits. The subtle impressions we get and the soft-spoken soothsayers need our attention and sensibility. We’ve got plenty of time to change the tide, lunar effects and the divine feminine are child-centered and nurture the universal child within all of us.

Happy Holidays and blessings for a gracious new year, 2016, a 9 year… completion of our old patterns so the new living awareness may prevail…. Peace on Earth and Good Will toward Humanity from each of us now.

Namaste,
Zen

Contact in the Desert 2015

Contact-Desert-2015Contact in the Desert – 2105

Contact in the Desert is growing into a premier Ufology event drawing thousands from around the world. When I first arrived on site in 2013 and ran into Paul Andrews, I was surprised. Then I decided to rekindle an association that started back in 1998. Paul had invited me to come work for him in LA, just off Venice Beach.

I had spectacular results in running The Prophets Conference in Phoenix the previous October. Jim-ZencompThe only bummer was Cody and Robyn Johnson split town without paying me or Jim Dilettoso (right), who had recommended me to them. We did get something later, but then I had to pay the local waste management and generator folks. It was a sad situation and no one suspected the Axiom Group of such behaviors.

Paul and I didn’t work out at the time back then, but it was good to see he had teamed up with Victoria to produce Contact in the Desert. It was a spectacular showing although at the worst time of year for most folks, especially the elderly. It took two years to move it to May and even this last weekend was a bit too much for many. I ran into a elderly woman using a walker who was obviously determined to be there, but had a heck of time in the heat. Perhaps moving it to a different meteor shower period – Lyrids Meteor Shower – might do, April 22-23 with a full moon on April 22.

Speaking of Victoria, Paul’s event partner, she even got into the act of sharing her experiences and understanding on one of the panels in the amphitheater. It was really great to see one of the event coordinators reveal their story. I’m sure the DVD is available through the Contact in the Desert website. All the presentations will be available soon. Ask around and get your favorites. I think you can get the whole package for around $100.

Zen&JohnAnthonyWest-compI love getting into the thick of things, consistent with my given name, Bruce (means ‘dweller of the thicket), and volunteered as an A/V runner delivering the master copies of DVDs to the duplication station just outside the Sanctuary, the main speaker location. I ran into many folks I’ve known for years and met some new folks as well, like John Anthony West.

Of course there were some challenges with the event. When you have a first-some, first-served entrance into the main events it can be a challenge to get in and/or have a decent seat. There were viewing areas outdoors as well that were packed, too. With folks like Erich Von Daniken, Giorgio Tsoukalos, Jimmy Church and George Noory present there is always a crowd around them. Even at 80 (Erich had a birthday over the weekend) he still stands and delivers with a rapid-fire onset of details and facts from years of experience.

Speaking of experience, Grant Cameron and I had a wonderful, albeit short, chat on Sunday andZen&Grant-comp he requested a copy of Zendor the Contrarian, so I’m waiting with baited breath for the review.  Grant is one of the most observant and reflective of the cadre of Ufologists. He’s a bit like Richard Dolan, who thought I must be tagged upon our initial meeting in Phoenix some years ago. The difference is Grant spends much less time on conspiracy as he looks for the threads of commonality in experiencers and evidence of a larger perspective of Communion amongst humanity and our visitors, entering a new state of consciousness.

The Experiencer Gatherings, hosted by Alan Steinfeld and Barbara Jean Lindsey on Friday and Barbara on Sunday were especially dear to my heart. Many folks come to find corroboration and validation in their experiences, even solace in the fact that they are not alone and their concerns are heard. Each has their own interpretation and understanding depending on their level of consciousness and observation capacity. What seemed to be stressed the most through the sharings was to not be afraid and embrace the energy instead of trying to fight it.

Danny&Zen-compNow that doesn’t mean complete surrender to that which you might feel dangerous. It was mentioned that although one may not be prepared, the process of evolution – coming to terms with the cosmic consciousness condensed into form – is tantamount to rising above the fear, guilt and shame game that inhibits the sense of Oneness that more advanced experiencers acknowledge. The sense of open-heartedness in the meetings was obvious in how folks treated one another, too.

The attendance for the event has grown by leaps and bounds, with parking strewn across the 17-acre grounds. I’m not sure of the exact attendance, but it seemed around a couple thousand. We had around five thousand come through at the Prophets Conference in 1997. Event attendance in general is down from years past, but it’s beginning to climb again. The contrast of being in the open-air instead of hotel or resort environments is refreshing, kinda of a Burning Man rendition of Ufology.

Walking around the grounds at night revealed many small groupings of folks enjoy each others DannySheehan-FREE-compcompany, perhaps for the first time. An observer could easily recognize the exuberance and childlike spontaneity of experiencers all across the event grounds. There were some real serious types that often find it difficult to be happy, but the majority of folks by far enjoyed the weekend of Contact in the Desert.

In view but not a big topic of discussion was the presence of FREE via posters Rey Hernandez left with me from the International UFO Congress in February. I’m already looking forward to next year. Thanks to Paul and Victoria and all the staff and volunteers who made this event a memorable one for thousands. In only its third year it is promising to be one of the largest gatherings in the world now. If you considered going this year, but didn’t, I’d make sure to get your ticket early next year.

Volunteers-FREEWe also invite you to find and visit the Rose Cottage in the evenings for some conversation and comaraderie. You’ll meet some of the most interesting folks in a much more intimate environment. Our small group of diverse and unique travelers will welcome you with style and grace. Look forward to seeing you there!

This year’s gathering included Ron James and Steven Bassett. Ron and I had met several years ago when he owned Dream Theater in the Village of Oak Creek, just outside Sedona. An old friend, Swami Beyondananda, was doing a show there. Ron runs a magnificent network called iVolveTV that features material you just have to explore. He also produced the Citizens Hearing DVDs.

Btw, we’re looking for more authors for UfologyPRSS. If you’d like to contribute, please sent us an email with your contact information and reason for wanting to be a contributor, plus a writing sample or link to something of yours online.

2015 IUFOC – from a patron

A moment in time…

Many years ago the gentleman on the far left in photo, Jim Dilettoso, along with Ret. Col. Wendelle Stevens (RIP) organized the first International UFO Congress in Tucson, AZ. I was quite fortunate to have been able to be there, arriving in a limousine owned by a mutual friend, Roy Haddix (RIP), along with the future mother of Jim’s awesome daughter.. now a teenager. Some really amazing things have happened over the years.

The event today brings people from all over the world. Mine is a personal experience of connecting with others and sharing what we’ve found in our personal direct experiences and relationships forged from internal and external perspectives, something that is not particularly shared on stage by the presenters. Most of that information is perhaps more linear and, quite honestly, polarized in one perspective or another. Below is a series of interviews I did at an event in Sedona in 1992, which includes Jim Dilettoso and others. It’s a veritable synopsis of what is and has been going on for decades.

This year was probably the most profound shift I’ve noticed in the willingness of people to share openly, mostly patrons rather than actual presenters. The shift has been in their ability to question and the willingness to see things from an inner perspective, free of polarization. This demonstrates the growth in awareness and consciousness among the collective of experiencers. The morning and evening gatherings of experiencers in a facilitated session by Yvonne Smith brought out the fact that many are still grappling with the intense juxtaposition of fear and freedom in experiencing non-linear and non-local events of their own.

Rey-Zen-Rich

Rey Hernandez, Rev Zen, Richard Dolan

There is a new organization called FREE (Foundation for Research of Extraterrestrial Encounters) that has taken the environment to a new level of investigation. Rey Hernandez and I shared a table during the event and got to know each other well, another unexpected joy for me particularly. FREE’s work, began by folks like John Mack (RIP) some years ago, is bring an opportunity for contactees to share their experiences and study the commonality. Academic studies of the phenomena of long been plagued by the reluctance of the scientific community to explore.

Today, the work of FREE is forging a new path in the acceptance and corroboration of a common theme in the awareness of experiencers, that of a congruent understanding of the helpfulness garnered toward the actualization of an openness toward our Star Families, revealing the potential of many who have found their lives to be integrated with a massive movement toward evolving consciousness. Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Dr. Rudy Schild are co-founders of FREE. Dr. Mitchell and I had conversations about this possibility when we met at the Prophets Conference in Phoenix in 1997.

Travis-ZenThe common perception among nearly all the folks I was able to meet and speak with for any length of time over the 5-day event was that we are learning how to move beyond our internal fears prompted by the induction of various philosophies and religions, Travis’ recent shift is one of the most notable. Of course there are those who still seek to polarize the public for personal and profitable reasons. The great thing is that the discussion of personal discernment is growing and the suspension of old, worn out belief systems is occurring throughout this environment. Some folks are still gullible and want to believe what they are hearing from these proponents of polarity. Indeed the conduit is closing, though, as the seekers of truth are reflecting their awareness more openly.

Perhaps there is a desire for harmony among people and planet, promoted by the majority of contactees, that is encouraging those who’ve felt like they were ‘abducted’ to look at their experience from a larger view, one of an expanded consciousness that is being offered by our extraterrestrial neighbors. The natural process of chaos to order is certainly being recognized.

Your Chance to Win Tickets!

Now in its third year amidst the desert background in the Joshua Tree area, Contact in the Desert is moving the the end of May. Patrons are getting their wish as the previous August dates, even with the Perseid meteor showers, was challenging to heat-sensitive folks. It’s a beautiful venue, though.

Contact in the Desert New Dates

Joshua Tree Retreat Center is the oldest and largest retreat center in the Western United States; a unique architectural landmark on a sacred site. Their mission is to support the education and nourishment of the infinite human potential. The atmosphere is certainly conducive, especially with the new dates for the 2015 Contact in the Desert event.

You can enter to win two free passes for the weekend, too. Click on this link. It’s time sensitive. Make sure you look up our Curator, Zen Benefiel, at the event. He’ll be staying in the Rose Cottage and will undoubtedly be hosting some great after-hours discussions. Keep your eyes and the skies and your head in the silence within… that’s where you’ll find the most interesting conversations.

Proprioceptive or Simply Preposterous?

ZenGardenProprioceptive or Simply Preposterous?

Kosta asked me to share some insights and perceptions of my engagement with intelligences beyond human. We call them by many names, yet I’m not sure any of them fully embrace or encapsulate their advanced nature. Extraterrestrials, intraterrestrials or ultraterrestrials have been used. Dr. Burkes calls his experiences ‘contact downloads’ and I’m sure they are more than proprioceptive hallucinations.

For me, just after being told I was adopted, the experiences began in my early childhood as an internal voice, a deep male one. Perhaps it was because I had a question of origin. That initial conversation was followed by some guidance through out-of-body-experiences that led up to some monthly ‘views’ of myself getting out of bed, climbing out my window, walking across our neighbor’s backyard to a fence that surrounded a 10-acre cow pasture.

I’d climb the fence and walk out into the field, only to rise up toward an orange cigar-shaped cloud that was perhaps a hundred feet above. My ‘observer’ would unite with my physical body as I entered the cloud and then I’d wake up in bed the next morning, sometimes with a nose bleed, but the feeling I had was that I couldn’t wait to go back. It was amazing and not at all fearful in the slightest.

Years later I was in a bookstore in Muncie, Indiana just before moving to Arizona. A book literally fell off the shelf in front of me, landing cover up on the floor. No one else was around and, of course, I thought it was just a little weird. Nevertheless, I went over and saw the cover, Aliens Among Us by Ruth Montgomery. I picked it up, turned it over and the first paragraph I read (paraphrased) said that the most common contactee experiences in the Midwest during the late 50s and early 60s was the orange cigar-shaped cloud. I had one of those domino moments, where a whole string of things fell into place.

Many other things have happened since then. Probably the most significant is the awareness that no fear is involved in questing after understanding. None of my experiences, even those with very intense energy, have ever felt ominous. In fact, they’ve felt just the opposite. My encounters have all felt like a sense of family, extended as the case may be, yet nevertheless familiar and ultimately soothing. I know that others do not share that sense from their experiences. It is a challenge to be free when you feel like you are not in control of the situation, be it non-linear or non-local events beyond the any previous experiences to date.

What I’ve learned is that, through my own knowing and corroboration from others, we are being asked to step up in our individual awareness, consciousness and understanding. Even Paul Hellyer (retired Canadian Defense Minister) has admitted that there are no malevolent races interacting with us and he was part of the Military Industrial Complex for quite some time. The message we all seem to be getting, in our own ways, is that we need to learn how to get along and clean up our lives and the planet. My favorite version of the ‘New World Order’ we’ve all come to have concerns about is simply ‘Harmony among People and Planet.’

We first must understand we don’t know everything and that some things we think we know may not be quite what we thought. For instance, the recent discover of the ‘God Particle’ or better known as the Higgs-boson was not what the scientist thought as they observed what looked like the decay of a particle to them. Instead, I believe it was a rip in the fabric between dimensions at a sub-atomic level that they witnessed repairing. They proved the reality of MTheory and not Higgs Field Theory, in my humble opinion. Most contactees are quite familiar with the concept of multidimensional awareness and even have an experiential understanding in many cases.

I have a sense that the process of understanding more about our human evolution includes the notion that we are cosmic consciousness condensed into form, becoming aware of the fact as we increase our knowledge both scientifically and spiritually. The two seem to spiral around making sense common in that regard… multiple senses, that is. We’re growing by leaps and bounds as we, as a human race, are being able to explore the nature of our existence without the constraints of belief systems. The internet is making this possible. We can research and explore revelations that bring a sense of resonance in the search for ‘truth’ inasmuch as we can relate to it from our limited perspectives. Some things just make sense, implying that there is much more to know and understand as our experience grows.

So, what does this all mean? Are we facing our future with faith or fear? The messages we get, from across the spectrum of channelings, direct ET contact, telepathic transmissions and even crop circles tend to reveal the great potential we have in restoring natural order to our lives and the planet. There is a consciousness beyond common, if you will, that has been written about for millennia by some. Perhaps it is this consciousness, an awareness that there is truly nothing to fear from outside or off-planet, which will continue to assist each of us in our growth toward freedom and open contact with our star families.

I’ve been ‘told’ that this new world order, the one of harmony among people and planet, will happen in my lifetime. Well, I’m 57 now. I was told that when I was 18. I’ve noticed a tremendous growth in awareness leading up to the Winter Solstice of 2012. Now we need to implement that awareness back into the existing systems on Earth, using the skillsets we’ve been given and/or acquired through our personal and professional endeavors. I’m doing it in practically every aspect of my life through authoring books, building websites, facilitating groups, in my transformational life coaching and business consulting. Maybe you don’t have all that going on, yet you can be at peace in your current daily life and look for ways to connect with the greater intelligence. Trust me; ‘they’ want to communicate. We need to learn to listen within. That’s where the communication takes place, especially when we’re quiet.

My advice, if I can offer any at all, is to believe there is a beneficial force that flows through everything – including the engagement of off-planet intelligence as well as the person right next to you. The core of my experience has been and will continue to be Faith, Love and Trust. I know that may be a stretch for some. I can only encourage that you make that stretch and ask for help whenever you feel challenged. That help may come from a ‘contact download’ or sighting or simply a kind word from another. Just be open. Thanks for lending me your eyes. Seek truth – it’s neither proprioceptive nor preposterous. Namaste…

Legends from the Sky

LegendsPosterLegends from the Sky

Promo Description: A Native American Veteran, burdened by survivor’s guilt after a disastrous military tour, is forced to search for his missing grandfather after his ancestral land is mysteriously taken over by an unknown federal organization.

The movie had its World Debut at the Gila River Wild Horse Pass Casino in the Ovations Room just last night. The director, Travis Holt Hamilton, and most of the cast were on hand for the event. I spoke with Travis briefly beforehand and his unpretentious demeanor was refreshing. He is a hard-working and dedicated professional who decided to explore something few have done, combining a respect for indigenous ways while exploring a topic that is as confusing as it is rife with disinformation today.

The movie itself was well written and directed; the production staff should be proud of such anLegends accomplishment as well. There were only minor drags in the dialog from time to time. Seriously, though, how do you really bridge the worlds of experiencers and ‘normal’ folk in any culture? Have you ever tried to write a movie script or screenplay. It is certainly not easy. Travis and Jose Silerio deserve some great respect for venturing into the Ufology territory, let alone wrapping it into a Native American culture and landscape.

I’d highly recommend checking out this film and let your imagination run as to how it relates to the current them in this century and the role the indigenous folk play in it. Perhaps there are some symbols and people who represent them that are ready to appear. Who knows, Travis may take this film to another level in a sequel that takes one deeper into Native culture with a little sci-fi spin. This film would certainly lend itself to another venture. The screening schedule is below the trailer that is resident on YouTube that follows.

Maybe we can encourage Travis to take another step toward Native culture and include the Hopi in his next film. There is a well-known rock formation that they call the ‘landing place’ where thousands of ancient petroglyphs line the rock face just outside the area. They, too, have their legends of ‘star people’ that are worth investigating further. If you ever want to go there yourself, reach out to the curator. You’ll need a referral to get a Hopi guide to take you there. Outsiders aren’t welcome without one.
