Kosta Makreas – Founder, ET Let’s Talk & The People’s Disclosure Movement
interviewed by your curator, Zen Benefiel for One World in a New World
And now for something completely different… with an invitation to engage Star Family visitors further through ET Let’s Talk.
We’ve been diving deep into the lives of those in the trenches in business, organizational development and systems transformation in a variety of ways. This conversation moves to a whole different world of experience, invitation and planetary advancement.
Kosta Makreas brings a new dimension to the conversations, perhaps in some ways apocalyptic to our audience, from having a professional career in software engineering to interacting with Star People. ET Let’s Talk is a collection of people from around the world, some hosting CE-5 events, that gather for the specific purpose of human initiated contact.
As two Hoosiers reuniting, we launch into some familiar territory for us. Both of us have been active in Ufology for decades, though Kosta has taken a front seat, so to speak, with his efforts to build, organize and support a vast network of folks who want to make contact with Star People, which is their preferred nomenclature according to Kosta.
What may seem odd or peculiar or even scary to some has been lifelong experiences for others. Kosta shares how his interest began as a youth and the challenges he faced growing up in a period when it wasn’t too popular to talk about engaging aliens, let alone calling them Star People. His shares a synchronistic experience his wife had while he was away on a CE-5 week-long campout.
If you haven’t heard the term, CE-5 refers to human initiated contact with Star People. Kosta’s work began with Steven Greer and quickly evolved to developing contact groups around the world on his own. ET Let’s Talk and The People’s Disclosure Movement has been growing for several years now.
Our chat moves into discussing the People’s Disclosure Movement, taking the notion of disclosure and putting it in the hands of the people instead of governments that have not been able to announce their knowledge.
Research and study is always necessary, and Kosta mentions a study that includes over 4,000 accounts from around the world. It was performed by an organization called FREE, under the title of Beyond UFOs – The Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non Human Intelligence.
We discuss Kosta’s work with ET Let’s Talk (https://etletstalk.com) and the numbers of people involved. You might be surprise, though perhaps not.
If your curiosity is sparked, you’ll enjoy the conversation for sure. We only scratch the surface of the work and how it affects those involved. For decades it wasn’t popular to speak up or out about this topic and now folks seem to be flocking toward their own discovery and engagement.

Shared this because it coincides with the UAP nonsense just released by our illustrious purveyors of preposterous notions… though they may actually be true.
Not hard to predict the cluelessness when history repeats itself in the fractals of contrived information and real absence of actual material.
Communications (originally established in the 1950s) were cut off when the MIC proved to be untrustworthy.
Not sure they are lying, as many believe… the MIC don’t have a clue because they’re going at [it] the wrong way. They see [them] as separate and not a part of the natural world, like us. Truly the point of perspection (inner/outer) cannot see what it has not experienced.
The sense of threat needs to go away in order to see them clearer and understand their technology… hundreds if not thousands of years ahead of our own. How could we possibly know anything without the proper tools to understand?
Space… the final frontier… Well, here’s a crash course on the rectilinear concept. We’ve got to begin to understand where we are in the scheme of things… our reality. Conceive…. consider… conceptualize.
As a first consideration let us consider what space appears to be to us. We have no doubts about its volumetric nature although we have no senses by which we can observe this condition. We conclude that space is volumetric by the nature of things which we find in it. What would it be like if everything were removed from space? Would we even have space?
Can we conceive of a space structure completely devoid of matter or energy in any form; real empty space? What would such space be like? If we were disembodied entities located in such a space, how could we identify our position or describe where or how we were? What sort of yardstick could we use? These and many more similar questions must be faced squarely by those seeking understanding.
When one has satisfied himself by actually doing it that he can conceive of space with absolutely nothing in it, and is not too terrified of his creation, he is then in a position to take the next step, namely to find his way about in it. An arbitrary decision can be made to refer all concepts to where the investigator conceives himself to be, thereby establishing a point. [This ‘point,’ literally, is critical for the observation of awareness and reality, the I/eye of our being.]
He can next conceive of an adjacent point, thereby establishing a line. By turning in various directions he can establish the concepts of surfaces and volumes. But no matter what he does after that, the investigator cannot add more concepts to the space itself. He therefore concludes that what he instinctively felt soon after he first conceived the empty space, that it was volumetric, and nothing more, is correct.
The foregoing is actually an exercise in mental gymnastics, but as physical exercise is necessary for body-building, so are these exercises necessary for the building of understanding. It is absolutely necessary to satisfy oneself on these points before going on to the next concept.
The next step is to conceive of a way of getting about in this empty space, and to realize that one has done so when the operation is complete. The concept of an adjacent position, or point, is a good approach, and here again the operation becomes one of mental gymnastics, and a lot of manipulation and practice is necessary to get the feel of the situation.
As one gains in understanding of the properties of space, the various geometries become evident, and it becomes increasingly obvious that a wide variety can be made to work, if certain basic parameters are admitted. However, since our concern is primarily with our space and our universe, we will want to select the geometry that best fits our experience.
Ordinary Euclidean or rectilinear geometry is quite familiar and comprehensible to us, and we can understand easily how it can be applied to space as we conceive it. We can understand a sideways, forwards-backwards, up-down concept, or expressed mathematically, and x, y and z axis. Also, we experience no great difficulty in conceiving of these three axes as converging at right angles to a single point and extending outward therefrom to enormous distances. We can even introduce the idea of infinity in any direction as being somewhat beyond the farthest distance in which we have any interest.
In our rectilinear concept we can conceive of such a thing as a straight line, although we might be hard put to define it, since the concept is in itself axiomatic. However, if we understand what a straight line actually is in our concept and we are sure that others with whom we communicate also have the same understanding, we can use it as a real datum point in our appreciation of our universe. This point is of particular significance in what is to follow, as it is one of the few solid anchors we have on which to fasten our understanding. Let us never lose sight of this concept of a straight line, as entirely distinct from the behavior of matter or energy.
Our rectilinear concept at once validates our Euclidean geometry. Furthermore, it removes any limitations which might be imposed on it by either great or small distances. It provides us with a clear-cut framework within which we can think our way about in space. We should satisfy ourselves that this concept actually is a necessary and sufficient condition for this purpose, although we remember that its selection was arbitrary and that other geometries probably would work just as well.
However, since we have made our decision to use the rectilinear concept, we must be prepared to stick to our decision unless and until proved wrong. As a matter of fact, any geometry can be used, and will work within the limiting parameters of its definitions. It is only when extended beyond these limits that corrections become necessary, but even with the corrections the geometry itself does not become invalid, only the things we expect it to do.
Another older resource from an interview with George Van Tassel
What we still have yet to reveal within ourselves is the notion that what has been stated in both scientific and spiritual perspectives, albeit slightly differently, is that all things are connected. We’d be fools to ignore the evidence of experiencers and their awareness that indeed this is so. We consider categorization and nomenclature as a kind of separation into different aspects of reality and yet modern science is proving that this practice is simply folly.
For example, there are many resources that essentially cross-reference the reality of interconnectedness. Neppe and Close posit that consciousness, space and time are tethered across nine dimensions; Mironova (Russian Academenian) offers a dissertation on recent scientific discoveries on the mutations of our specie. William Swygard discovered a method to explore other-dimensional consciousness across nine planes (perhaps a direct experience of the TDVP model of Neppe and Close.
How we explore these realms will determine the revealing of their congruence and continuity with what the ancient calendars have offered regarding the period of time we are currently in, the transition between ages, from the Piscean (patriarchal) to the Aquarian (matriarchal) and another admonition Smith shares from his conversations with ‘people from elsewhere’ – that we ought to direct our questions to Mother Earth. The Gaia Hypothesis has been around for a while now, though we haven’t really considered the implication of being able to communicate directly with her. It’s a concept far too fringy for the fray…
I’m not anyone special, though my experience is unique and weird. It started with a voice inside, advanced to trips to an orange cigar-shaped cloud a few years later and culminated in an NDE in college that presented a profound path to follow; it was like a conversation with ‘God,’ beginning with the mention of helping to facilitate a ‘new world order’ in my lifetime. Well, that’s enough to turn folks off right away.
A few years ago I had the opportunity to discuss what that [new world order] really means from my perspective and understanding. I was invited by Dr. Jeffery Mishlove, an honor and 28-year process of completion. I was hosting a new show, One World, back in 1990 and hoped someday I’d be worthy of an interview with one of the icons I hoped to emulate, Bill Moyers or Jeffrey Mishlove.
This has been a focus of my attention for over 40 years, sometimes obsessively so, attempting to correlate my experiences and others across the spectrum in order to understand my own form, fit and function in the world. I haven’t found any conversations with ‘God’ that dives as deep as the journey I’ve been on for most of my life. It’s a crazy one, though I wouldn’t change a thing.
From what I can tell, it isn’t a simulation; it is a collective experience, individuated to the extent of choice and free will, though the ‘holistic system’ (people and planet) is driven by the collective awareness, the planetary consciousness. Right now, obviously, the collective human level is low and it enjoys a fear-based reality for the most part; a dystopian reality of some sort most are afraid is coming to fruition.
Old Paradigms Need Shifting for a New Order to Emerge
Belief and projection aren’t all that different, imho, producing undesirable results around the world today. Most of it is still unconscious participation. It seems we’ve nearly lost our compassion and kindness toward each other from fear of infection, perceived differences and the narrative that’s indoctrinated a huge part of our society through the dominance of corporations and governments.
As with any statistical curve, the standard deviations are likely to apply, resulting in some with growing self-awareness that has led to awareness of a greater reality and some, not so much. Even though conversations about consciousness and non-human intelligence interacting have begun, we still tend to carry bias, imho, and it gets in the way of open communication. We’re rather attached to our own POV, not realizing it may be the same as another’s only the language is different so it is misunderstood.
Here’s an example:
Wilbert Smith’s book, The New Science, sheds some light on ‘their’ view of things. ‘Their’ meaning people from elsewhere. Apparently we do not understand ‘nothingness’ as a primary factor in the manifestation of everything, and that the materialization has to do with ‘spin’ design (an intelligence beyond our current understanding) that begins in a single point (Iikely of consciousness). In our history, some would have thought his experience was a conversation with God.
The level of interaction across inner and outer realms is astronomical when one considers the conversation with God to include creation itself; if we could only perceive it better. I shared that perspective in a recent video, from an ‘aha’ moment triggered by considering Smith’s information and how it validated some things for me. That is the notion that the point of light referenced above could also contain another aspect we missed. Through experiences of being in the ‘light’ and in the ‘void’ the sensations were nearly identical, individuated yet connected to everything somehow.
I don’t know, though I get the sense that we’re designed to become aware of it all as part of our evolution of consciousness, including the mind/brain interface, for lack of a better. We’ve got the equipment on board, in our brain/body/spirit/soul complex (from RA material model), and perhaps it is a matter of where we are looking to or from; dismantling with intellect or assembling through experience and observation, what Lex Neale’s diagram calls the Self-Aware Witness. Pretty cool stuff…
There is a fascinating book, The New Science, which is the memoirs of Wilbert Smith. Smith ran Canada’s UFO investigation program, Project Magnet, in the 1950s. The material was discovered and published after his death in 1962. It’s groundbreaking still, with references to conversations with ‘people from elsewhere.’
I’m not an astrophysicist, but the idea of a ‘nothingness’ like Smith speaks of resembles the notion of the Void… from which all things come, or so we believe. This idea of nothingness is surely not understood because we really don’t have the language to describe it, yet if there are repeating patterns, fractals, in creation perhaps this is one that requires a spin around Self.
The entrance and exit within the door to the void within us, inside the tiny point of light of our soul consciousness, may reflect this same notion on a much smaller scale. We’re sorely lacking in our understanding of physics already, developing equations to account for anomalies instead of seeing the universe as anomaly-free and equating it.
We interpret the light from stars with our existing understanding, which may not be so understanding of the myriad of life forms and their location. We think we have ‘something’ and no longer question its validity, yet Smith notes that ‘people from elsewhere’ have a much different understanding of the nature of creation, and ours is in at least slight error.
Given that spin around self, and the assumption that Smith wasn’t fibbing, our questions for discovery may not have developed enough yet to fully comprehend what those structures we think are black holes really are and how they function. Seeing things at a distance makes it almost impossible to fully grok, imho. What is up close now?
Are you aware that you are aware of your awareness at any given moment? Are you able to observe yourself deeply, question your behaviors, beliefs and bewilderment of them at times? Do you have moments of reflection that seem to evade the notion of time?
There’s been more than one time I’ve been sucked into some kind of ‘tube’ that feels like a conduit of travel. It began with out-of-body experiences as a youth, then progressed to traveling elsewhere, though I never really knew where. There was a sense of movement, though.
I don’t know if it is inner space, outer space or a combination. The difference is having my eyes closed as I explored, initially believing it to be my imagination. It would seem that, all things functioning as ONE, that the combination is probably true. Experiencers (those explores of non-human contact), at some point, seem to corroborate such ‘trips,’ although descriptions are slightly different.
I agree that the form doesn’t have much to do with it, and yet consciousness needs to have some form of manifestation for interaction to take place. I was shown as a teen that our point of light (the anchor of life within us) can give access to infinite intelligence. For some time we’ve been experiencing a variety of mechanisms and styles of contact, not to mention various life forms. As this process continues, perhaps we realize we missed the idea of ‘nothing’ that is the foundation of everything.
Pick Up the Phone, Please!
We receive communication in ways we can understand it, for the most part, and it’s usually subjective and unique to the individual; a real spin around Self. I still think there are patterns we’re not seeing yet. Perhaps we weren’t ready to until recently where the spike in awareness, or the culmination of the calendars indicating an evolutionary leap is about ready to take place, has us at least looking for something more.
Perhaps there is a primer, an igniter, that unlocks our understanding and increases our ability to manifest appropriately from our nature instead of our intellect and science. The latter will catch up in time. We’ve spent most of our time in destructive testing to figure out the makings of the universe. What about constructive testing, inquiry into the natural state as it is, not what we believe it to be. Many relate that is the first step; to just BE… empty with inquiry.
I’ll use the Urantia Book as a reference that at least offers the notion of considering a plethora of types of beings and responsibilities in universe administration. The book is esoteric, compiled and presented by an intelligence or collection of intelligences in an effort to share a greater reality. Like everything ‘from elsewhere,’ out tendency is to attempt to fit the data/information into models we’re familiar.
Neppe and Close, with their Quantum Theory of Everything (Triadic Dimensional-Distinction Vortical Paradigm) say that consciousness, time and space are tethered across 9 dimensions. Smith says the ‘people from elsewhere’ relate that the tempic, magnetic and electric fields in the Quadrature Concept span 12 dimensions, all in the spin around Self, a point of observation.
It seems consciousness is capable of experiencing all the above and the bridge between body/mind/spirit/soul is just now appearing. Or perhaps it’s been there all along and we’re just now able to conceive of it, explore it and ruminate without the fear of persecution or rejection. It’s obvious we need to evolve toward something better, something greater, for humanity.
What’s it all mean for us in a practical sense? I’m not sure, though I get the sense ‘we/they’ are trying to get us to understand that from ‘nothing’ everything emerged in perfect order; there is an order to nature and the cosmos we haven’t understood as natural order, which indicates a natural order in human experience and understanding as well.
We approach it from destructive testing, like CERN, where perhaps an approach from another direction is more appropriate; a simple change in perception that includes consciousness in the equation. I think we’re off to a good start, a silver lining in the Great Reset, perhaps a Great Weset instead, with an upwising in our wise-cracking and scoffing at things we don’t understand.
Coming out of an ‘old’ normal and transforming into a ‘new’ normal might include a deeper check-in. The obsession on self-hygiene and sequestration opened the door to explore self (our persona) and Self (our Being) in perspective. Ponder your future well in your new spin around Self. Ponder the twist on the pronoun craze going on now and consider these… I Am / We Are.
The cat is out of the bag. UFO Disclosure has happened! The government and military officially announced they have a program to study Unidentified Aerial Phenomena; UFOs the more common term. So now what? Both Drs Steven Greer and James Fox released new movies from different perspectives on the phenomena. Where might that take us?
Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind: Contact Has Begun shares his work with CE5 techniques and that communication does take place, though there is nothing up close and interpersonal about it, and some would say about Greer. No one can deny his efforts to reveal ET is a non-threatening reality. The CE5 gatherings have grown to include ETLetsTalk.org‘s monthly worldwide CE5 events.
The Phenomenon goes into the history of UFO secrecy in the government as well as looking at a much broader perspective that included the school in Mozambique that was visited. The most striking comments of the film were the revelations of the children’s memories of their conversations. The take away, perhaps, is that we have a long way to go and there are possibilities we can explore.
So, What’s Next? What is a post Disclosure world like?
For years, the efforts of UFO Disclosure have been on just getting the government to admit UFOs exist and that they are aware of them, including having artifacts and craft. That cat is out of the bag now. It would seem a greater calling toward interaction would be the next step, right? Well, it doesn’t seem like we have done the things necessary to warrant interaction, which is why there has been none publicly and only a few experiencers have any regular engagements.
We really don’t know what, if any, kind of engagement the governments have had, though it is likely their behavior has not warranted open contact beyond a few early warnings in the 1950s. Those warnings also came through other channels, just in case the government and military didn’t share. The sad thing is we have not heeded them. We think we know better.
What we do know is that several attempts have been made to ‘communicate’ to our world that the atom is nothing to mess with, that we do not have enough knowledge about natural laws. The main theme seems to be about understanding natural laws. What are they? Where are they written? How can we understand them?
Russians to the Rescue
In our research we recently found a Russian author and highly respected scientist, Nicholai Levashov. In one of his books, The Final Appeal to Mankind, he included a message from Nicholas and Helena Roerich, of Agni Yoga fame, dictated in 1929. The following is just a portion of this message, though it makes the point for deciding on a collaborative destiny.
Levashov and the Roerichs were Russian. Americans segregate Russian activity still, as if they are an arch enemy, yet they are miles ahead of us in parapsychology and ufology. Americans think they are front-runners in this respect, yet Levashov’s history demonstrates quite a different story. The following message is consistent with experiencers today, so when are we going to really understand and engage our destiny?
The Coalition Group Observers (a group of interdimensional beings) offered this through the Roerich’s: (excerpts)
Even your own observation, that different nations attach different meanings to those antithetical concepts is of no help to you. In the course of time, the very meanings themselves keep changing. Meanwhile you think of yourselves as a highly civilized race, yet in a court of law you apply a “yes” or “no” criterion to determine whether a verdict of guilt or innocence is appropriate for a single individual. Under no circumstances would such criteria be acceptable for determining the fate of a nation. But you permit the categorical principles of “yes” or “no” to dominate even there, turning virtually the entire planet into an enormous jail for all nations.
Moreover, your binary system of logic allows you to entrust the destiny of all nations and the entire human race to a handful of individuals. In international politics this is your idea of “a state of peace” or “a state of war” with abrupt shifts of logic. You think that this is perfectly natural, without even considering whether it is rational, and pursue it with a truly absurd tenacity. The latest world war and the new one about to happen, prove that your precipitous development of technology has not propelled you into wisdom.
…. (Real UFO Disclosure)
As one of possible means of help, the CGO can provide the human race with detailed descriptions of those civilizations, to be used as models for a new civilization. One of our major criteria for judging a race as intelligent is where every member elevates collective intelligence above all else. Consequently, man as an intelligent being must prioritize the development of the collective racial intelligence. The functions of man are as follows: harvest all information from previous generations, add whatever is newly acquired from experience and perception, then pass it on to the next generation, increased and improved.
Chaotic fluctuations in the movement of an intelligent society’s thought processes are necessary: after sifting through history one finds zigzags in the movement of thoughts that correspond to shifts in the changing objective picture of reality. The latter is unpredictable in direction, while the spectrum of thinking of any individual has a consistency during that individual’s life span. Hence it follows that each generation’s transformation is necessary not for the preservation and continuation of the species, but for preservation of their cumulative intelligence as a race of intelligent beings.
Therefore, considering the cosmic laws of Freedom of Will and Freedom of Choice, any hope you have that contact with extraterrestrial races will help to solve your ethical problems are groundless and impractical. The problem has a solution, but it is not what you think. Indeed, generally speaking it is not a problem at all. Moreover, we cannot offer the human race appropriate solutions, no matter how dire the situation might be, because each race has a right to decide its own destiny.
UFO Disclosure brought us where? What this is all illustrating is that we still have options. We are not doomed, but we need to make some hard and fast choices as to how and what we will be toward each other and our world. The binary thinking isn’t working. Perhaps a tertiary method might. Three points determine spatial relationships, just as three aspects of self are primary – the head, the heart and the gut. Then there is the trinitized configurations of mind, body and spirit.
Of course the pioneers and wayshowers are small voices for a time, until the sense is made common through sharing systems and values that strongly represent the nature of our being and nurture the prospects within each other. We cannot fully understand it from the outside. We have to engage the ineffable with curiosity and fearlessness, and the truth shall set us free.
There are a lot of speculative notions as to how we are evolving at a genetic level, yet none refer to the integration of consciousness, or any dimension of it, as part of the process of biological evolution. We ought to know by now that nothing is separate. The holistic environment we live, move and have our being in is intricately interconnected and we continue to ignore it.
I am you and you are me and we are all together… It isn’t just a line from a song. The UFO Disclosure movement needs to step up. The petty self-centered ‘look at me’ types have distracted the public into nonsensical fantasies that have nothing to do with real life and living as a unified population – Our Destiny. It’s not a forced effort like some think. It evolves as a feeling, a sense of Being and a wholeness within.
Alas… a view we don’t want to acknowledge…
Your public and personal morals follow the same principles of polarizing ideas like “love—hate,” “good—evil,” “life—death,” and so on…
Even your own observation, that different nations attach different meanings to those antithetical concepts is of no help to you. In the course of time, the very meanings themselves keep changing.
