Kosta Makreas – Founder, ET Let’s Talk & The People’s Disclosure Movement
interviewed by your curator, Zen Benefiel for One World in a New World
And now for something completely different… with an invitation to engage Star Family visitors further through ET Let’s Talk.
We’ve been diving deep into the lives of those in the trenches in business, organizational development and systems transformation in a variety of ways. This conversation moves to a whole different world of experience, invitation and planetary advancement.
Kosta Makreas brings a new dimension to the conversations, perhaps in some ways apocalyptic to our audience, from having a professional career in software engineering to interacting with Star People. ET Let’s Talk is a collection of people from around the world, some hosting CE-5 events, that gather for the specific purpose of human initiated contact.
As two Hoosiers reuniting, we launch into some familiar territory for us. Both of us have been active in Ufology for decades, though Kosta has taken a front seat, so to speak, with his efforts to build, organize and support a vast network of folks who want to make contact with Star People, which is their preferred nomenclature according to Kosta.
What may seem odd or peculiar or even scary to some has been lifelong experiences for others. Kosta shares how his interest began as a youth and the challenges he faced growing up in a period when it wasn’t too popular to talk about engaging aliens, let alone calling them Star People. His shares a synchronistic experience his wife had while he was away on a CE-5 week-long campout.
If you haven’t heard the term, CE-5 refers to human initiated contact with Star People. Kosta’s work began with Steven Greer and quickly evolved to developing contact groups around the world on his own. ET Let’s Talk and The People’s Disclosure Movement has been growing for several years now.
Our chat moves into discussing the People’s Disclosure Movement, taking the notion of disclosure and putting it in the hands of the people instead of governments that have not been able to announce their knowledge.
Research and study is always necessary, and Kosta mentions a study that includes over 4,000 accounts from around the world. It was performed by an organization called FREE, under the title of Beyond UFOs – The Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non Human Intelligence.
We discuss Kosta’s work with ET Let’s Talk (https://etletstalk.com) and the numbers of people involved. You might be surprise, though perhaps not.
If your curiosity is sparked, you’ll enjoy the conversation for sure. We only scratch the surface of the work and how it affects those involved. For decades it wasn’t popular to speak up or out about this topic and now folks seem to be flocking toward their own discovery and engagement.
Make sure to check out the description below the video for more information and links.
There is a fascinating book, The New Science, which is the memoirs of Wilbert Smith. Smith ran Canada’s UFO investigation program, Project Magnet, in the 1950s. The material was discovered and published after his death in 1962. It’s groundbreaking still, with references to conversations with ‘people from elsewhere.’
I’m not an astrophysicist, but the idea of a ‘nothingness’ like Smith speaks of resembles the notion of the Void… from which all things come, or so we believe. This idea of nothingness is surely not understood because we really don’t have the language to describe it, yet if there are repeating patterns, fractals, in creation perhaps this is one that requires a spin around Self.
The entrance and exit within the door to the void within us, inside the tiny point of light of our soul consciousness, may reflect this same notion on a much smaller scale. We’re sorely lacking in our understanding of physics already, developing equations to account for anomalies instead of seeing the universe as anomaly-free and equating it.
We interpret the light from stars with our existing understanding, which may not be so understanding of the myriad of life forms and their location. We think we have ‘something’ and no longer question its validity, yet Smith notes that ‘people from elsewhere’ have a much different understanding of the nature of creation, and ours is in at least slight error.
Given that spin around self, and the assumption that Smith wasn’t fibbing, our questions for discovery may not have developed enough yet to fully comprehend what those structures we think are black holes really are and how they function. Seeing things at a distance makes it almost impossible to fully grok, imho. What is up close now?
Are you aware that you are aware of your awareness at any given moment? Are you able to observe yourself deeply, question your behaviors, beliefs and bewilderment of them at times? Do you have moments of reflection that seem to evade the notion of time?
There’s been more than one time I’ve been sucked into some kind of ‘tube’ that feels like a conduit of travel. It began with out-of-body experiences as a youth, then progressed to traveling elsewhere, though I never really knew where. There was a sense of movement, though.
I don’t know if it is inner space, outer space or a combination. The difference is having my eyes closed as I explored, initially believing it to be my imagination. It would seem that, all things functioning as ONE, that the combination is probably true. Experiencers (those explores of non-human contact), at some point, seem to corroborate such ‘trips,’ although descriptions are slightly different.
I agree that the form doesn’t have much to do with it, and yet consciousness needs to have some form of manifestation for interaction to take place. I was shown as a teen that our point of light (the anchor of life within us) can give access to infinite intelligence. For some time we’ve been experiencing a variety of mechanisms and styles of contact, not to mention various life forms. As this process continues, perhaps we realize we missed the idea of ‘nothing’ that is the foundation of everything.
Pick Up the Phone, Please!
We receive communication in ways we can understand it, for the most part, and it’s usually subjective and unique to the individual; a real spin around Self. I still think there are patterns we’re not seeing yet. Perhaps we weren’t ready to until recently where the spike in awareness, or the culmination of the calendars indicating an evolutionary leap is about ready to take place, has us at least looking for something more.
Perhaps there is a primer, an igniter, that unlocks our understanding and increases our ability to manifest appropriately from our nature instead of our intellect and science. The latter will catch up in time. We’ve spent most of our time in destructive testing to figure out the makings of the universe. What about constructive testing, inquiry into the natural state as it is, not what we believe it to be. Many relate that is the first step; to just BE… empty with inquiry.
I’ll use the Urantia Book as a reference that at least offers the notion of considering a plethora of types of beings and responsibilities in universe administration. The book is esoteric, compiled and presented by an intelligence or collection of intelligences in an effort to share a greater reality. Like everything ‘from elsewhere,’ out tendency is to attempt to fit the data/information into models we’re familiar.
Neppe and Close, with their Quantum Theory of Everything (Triadic Dimensional-Distinction Vortical Paradigm) say that consciousness, time and space are tethered across 9 dimensions. Smith says the ‘people from elsewhere’ relate that the tempic, magnetic and electric fields in the Quadrature Concept span 12 dimensions, all in the spin around Self, a point of observation.
It seems consciousness is capable of experiencing all the above and the bridge between body/mind/spirit/soul is just now appearing. Or perhaps it’s been there all along and we’re just now able to conceive of it, explore it and ruminate without the fear of persecution or rejection. It’s obvious we need to evolve toward something better, something greater, for humanity.
What’s it all mean for us in a practical sense? I’m not sure, though I get the sense ‘we/they’ are trying to get us to understand that from ‘nothing’ everything emerged in perfect order; there is an order to nature and the cosmos we haven’t understood as natural order, which indicates a natural order in human experience and understanding as well.
We approach it from destructive testing, like CERN, where perhaps an approach from another direction is more appropriate; a simple change in perception that includes consciousness in the equation. I think we’re off to a good start, a silver lining in the Great Reset, perhaps a Great Weset instead, with an upwising in our wise-cracking and scoffing at things we don’t understand.
Coming out of an ‘old’ normal and transforming into a ‘new’ normal might include a deeper check-in. The obsession on self-hygiene and sequestration opened the door to explore self (our persona) and Self (our Being) in perspective. Ponder your future well in your new spin around Self. Ponder the twist on the pronoun craze going on now and consider these… I Am / We Are.
We don’t really know, though I sense we can surmise that in the analysis of experiencer events, we can determine they occur across a plethora of worlds, a consideration of consciousness across dimensions, not necessarily all connected. It seems safe to say that the experiences are benign or benevolent, for the most part. FREE’s survey results would put those in the 1st standard deviation, 68% at least.
Neppe and Close, who have the most experiential relationship in their model based on my subjective experience, identify 9 dimensions where consciousness, time and space are tethered though it does not mention material planes, perhaps bringing in the first three. Smith’s material references a 12-dimensional framework with 4 sets of 3 field variants; electric, magnetic and tempic. How consciousness works is a mystery still.
I grok what Smith refers to in the ‘nothingness.’ I wonder if there is indeed an order of nature we haven’t fully understood as natural order in the universal consciousness emerging in us now. The Urantia Book calls it the Unqualified Absolute, I believe, and views might be different, though it’s definitely consistent with the Void. It’s possible there is a relationship to spin or understanding available when we discover more about the point of consciousness and its attending fields. This is the beginning of accessing consciousness across dimensions.
Misunderstandings
Our foible and folly is in seeking to qualify instead of understanding the nature of qualification. Smith alludes to it in referencing ‘spin’ and lines of force (electric, magnetic and tempic) affecting materialization. It makes sense in reference to the star-tetrahedron as well, considering a third vertical spin not referenced in most depictions. Perhaps this is a primer…
Several years ago I witnessed three, what appeared to be, tubes of rainbow sparkled light flowing in one direction in perfect symmetry. I was mesmerized. As I watched the three one-directional flows became two-directional, then split into six with spins opposite yet not interfering with each other. The spin increased and eventually the sphere flattened out though a bubble still remained in the center, looking like the saucer-shaped craft. I’ve heard similar images called a Merkabah craft. It did precede an incredible journey that four of us shared.
Brining it back to earth and in body, I believe the corpus collasum to be a hidden gem we need to understand a little more, as the relayer between spheres. I wonder if it goes deeper; that our capacity for greater consciousness and higher awareness is contingent upon understanding the membrane as a switchboard of sorts, and that when the right connections are made (usually by altering an existing neuropathway with a ‘change’ by choice), we garner access to a ‘higher,’ more sensitive, level of consciousness. Lipton’s work seems to edify this concept.
Consciousness Across Dimensions
How that applies spans the dimensional framework, as we are dealing with a number of styles and types of contact. Considering we’re built to learn, the introduction of this array of experience tends to indicate we’re in process of a greater awakening, consistent with the tales of transcendence. There’s still something I don’t think we’ve realized, yet. This is the revealing, the apocalypse we’ve been anticipating, imho. It’s all about a greater level of communication.
We don’t necessarily consider that people from elsewhere may or may not be able to communicate across their own dimensional divides, although by and large benign if not beneficent in nature across the gamut toward humans. The FREE surveys indicate this kind of relationship may exist based on the variety of experiencer reports, or so it seems to me considering the bell curve. I wonder if our physical forms give us the advantage of spanning the gamut of dimensional frameworks and that’s why so many lifeforms, across dimensions, are interested in our sustainability.
I wonder if the sequestrations have also affected the inner development, simply because it’s natural to ask deeper questions during times of travesty or personal trauma. This also has a ‘field’ effect on the thoughtmosphere and greater distribution of intelligent response, simply because the questions are being asked. Klauss Schwab, in his recent book COVID-19: The Great Reset, asks the question: Are we going to become more compassionate and kind as a result?
The Apocalypse – Unveiling
In order to evolve a consciousness across dimensions, empathy has to be considered a foundational pillar, right? It would seem to accompany and internally promote the switch from Profit over People to People and Planet over Profit as part of the Great Reset. It would seem to accompany the development of the individual and collective as a result of the various types of contact and the synergistic effect on human and planetary evolution toward a Type 1 Civilization.
The evolution of a Planetary Civilization with such capacity as to begin to understand the relationship of consciousness across dimensions is limitless in scope, though time is certainly a factor. However, according to Smith’s recounting, time is a measurement of the change in entropy. What if we understood natural law better and began applying that understanding strategically in our lives and world? What would increasing the rate of change in entropy do especially considering the notion of greater order?
Truth has no agenda. Service has no politics. Exopolitics need to include the scope of possible nuances and the possibility that all of these races we’re encountering may not have any relationship with each other, dimensionally, and be as unaware as we are of them until we have a moment of attention placed upon us by the attention of another, more aware, entity. Perhaps the CE-5 and similar protocols others may use will guide us toward greater understanding sooner than later.
These are some considerations of a bigger picture. Ought we ask bigger questions? What spills out sometimes takes me for a ride, too, so I hope at least some of the above connects.
Grant Cameron posted a sentence from and image of the introduction to the book, The New Science, by Wilbert Smith that caught my attention. Wilbert ran the Canadian UFO investigations for some years during the early 1950s and was a brilliant thinker even as a teen. Wilbert claimed to have direct communication with some ‘space people’ and sought to relay the information in a very scientific/mathematical way in his book. He’s truly a new millennial wordSmith.
I was immediately hooked and was flooded with dots connecting and imagery from past experiences that his writings evoked without even a thought as I was reading. Honestly, it was a bit overwhelming as it corroborated an understanding I’ve had and not known how to express it in such detail. My attempts at stepping back from my subjective experiences and viewing them objectively through critical thinking and science-based lenses have allowed me to write extensively, with attending cathartic moments, though I’ve never been ‘turned on’ like this.
When I read and have moments like I described above, there’s a trigger to write some kind of comparison intending corroboration of the material and adding a perspective, albeit subjective, in a way to further my own ability to articulate and perhaps even share something of value. In that triggering, the dots among the dashes of reading, I made a few posts to a Facebook group I frequent now called The Contact Modalities – CCRI, Consciousness & Contact Research Institute.
“Whatever might be the origin of this Universe, of one thing we can be reasonable sure, that it is within “nothing at all”. If it “started”, then it must have started from nothing at all. It always was, this it has nothing at all around it. Whatever there might be beyond this “nothing at all” we have no way of knowing for we are within it and of this Universe and have no concept beyond it.”
In college I had two years of very interesting explorations, starting with an NDE in ’75 on Tuesday afternoon, 11.11, the same week that Travis had his event. I experience the ‘Light’ (feeling like I ascended) as an individuated consciousness with the sense of being connected to All That Is,’ accompanied by a sense of ‘everything’ for lack of a better framing.
I don’t remember exactly when the opposite occurred, the Void, although it wasn’t too much later. When I entered it (feeling like I descended) I felt the same individuated consciousness connected to ‘All That Is,’ yet was nothing at all. The same sense was undeniable, yet in a completely different realm. The ‘nothing at all’ mention above prompted the reflection. Resolving the same experience in two apparently opposite realms (Light and Dark) has been a personal quest for decades.
Yes and…
In 1983 I wrote on a piece of paper, burned and buried, with intention, the words ‘but,’ ‘if,’ ‘can’t,’ and ‘impossible’ in a ceremony with James Tolleson for his Empire Builders network marketing weekend workshop just outside Casa Grande, AZ. In studying the use of the word it became clear that if often subjugates and dismisses a previous statement. It just made sense not to be dismissive of my own or others’ contributions to a conversation. It’s an awareness rarely engaged.
Perhaps Smith’s idea of infinity and zero being our mathematical limits fits with the Light and Void (Dark), Everything and Nothing. It seems to echo what I’ve been pondering for the last month or so about negentropy being the natural order within us that simply needs to emerge in the outer world in defiance of modern physics limitations. Smith’s right in his assertion that we focus on anomalies and try to do the math to verify their existence instead of looking at them as aberrant and doing the math that actually resolves to unity.
“Since we have no senses by which we can become directly aware of the various fields we will have to depend on the second hand data made available through our instruments, and here we must be extremely careful to distinguish between the phenomenon itself and the effects of the phenomenon on the instruments. Also, we must be particularly careful in posing our questions to nature that they ask exactly what we want to find out and are not ambiguous.”
Here’s where I believe this group comes in – experiencers. In The New Science, Smith states, “we have no senses by which we can become directly aware…” I disagreed at first, though that’s what we’re in process of learning… our senses. It’s all about the questions. We have a sensory array beyond our imagination, currently, it seems. The key critical thinking skills are: analysis, interpretation, inference, explanation, self-regulation, open-mindedness, and problem-solving allow us to develop those senses appropriate and with balance.
Smith meets Neo
Wow, this is an amazing book and I wouldn’t have understood a word earlier in life. Now, most if it explains an ineffable sense of coherence I’ve been experiencing at certain moments throughout life. I feel like Neo, learning how to engage the matrix fearlessly. Every deep and lasting impression, realization and eventual partial understanding has come from an invitation and a fearless response to go wherever the invitation takes me.
There have been multiple, perhaps dozens, where I’ve had to once again address the fear of death; of the release of consciousness into nothing. Of course, that actually never occurs, though we feel like it during extremely intense moments that question our deepest understanding or when we’re in a situation completely out of our control, or so we think.
Here’s another excerpt:
“Picturesquely, it would look like a string of magnetic doughnuts of alternating magnetic direction, stuck together with electrostatic icing of alternating polarity, and all threaded into a string of increased tempic field and placed inside a tube of decreased tempic field. A most complicated picture, but one which does exist in this universe and has some most remarkable properties. For lack of a better name it is called “tensor energy”.”
This description is the first time I’ve read anything that describes several experiences I’ve had, which I’ve called ‘space-time tubes’ in the past. I’m not sure exactly ‘where’ it was, though. The graphic is a poor, but available representation, only consider the geometry in varied shades of light with a tinge of gray. These were ‘stacked’ and uniform with what seemed like thousands passing by on my journey from one point to another; all beginning with a question and a comparison (in my thinking) of ‘modern’ understanding and my own version of understanding.
As an experimenter and explorer there is always an aspect of critical thinking applied, accompanied by questions that seek further clarity on vague understanding, if there is any. I was 26 at the time. Unfortunately I don’t remember the specific questions at present, though they were framed with the theme of questing for truth, my relationship to it and how to further embody it. My questions were mostly framed around Scripture, even though I’d read many other texts in college.
I do remember the questions were structured with a, ‘Is …. so? Or, is it really….? It had only been a few years since my NDE in college and I was still questioning the reality of the “voice’s” message for me. With the latter response being something I thought I’d learned in contrast to current belief systems, I’d catapult down the tube until I stopped, posited something else, and then would go off in a different direction.
It was so profound. I’d looked at the clock just before I closed my eyes, not thinking I’d go anywhere, 1:00 am exactly. When I returned, in what felt like only five minutes, I opened my eyes and turned to look at the clock again. Exactly one hour later. I was so disturbed that I got up and opened the Bible by our bedside to do some ‘automatic’ reading. The reading disturbed me even more, causing me to wake my wife and tell her I thought I might be the Devil. I felt the knowledge I’d gained was somehow evil. Silly, I know, but imagine a 26 year old given that kind of information on the fly.
We’d moved from Indiana the year prior and I was working as a grinder specialist for an aerospace company, dealing with ten-thousandths of an inch tolerances daily. I was married with two adorable daughters, aged 2 and 4. We didn’t attend church, though we certainly tried to live ‘Christian’ lives at the time. I hadn’t pursued any inner studies or read any spiritual books since college. That all changed in a matter of months.
What do you do when….
I was setting up a job on my machine, an ID grinder, one evening when I felt a presence step onto the lathe wood platform in front of the machine. Every one of the hundreds of machines in the building had one. I turned to look, expecting to see a supervisor or coworker. No one was there. As I turned and notice no one was there, I heard, “pick up a piece of paper and draw.’
I’d been familiar with various forms of ‘automatic writing’ so I followed the prompt, pulled a 4×6 index card from my toolbox and a pencil from my work smock and put the pencil to paper. I had no idea what was about to appear. By the time I was done I have a very rough image of the one included here. It felt like it contained everything, with ‘spin’ at the center in the form of a swastika. I didn’t realize it’s significance.
It contained a lot of symbols that somehow were pertinent to me, that much I knew. I spent years asking others what they saw or felt it meant to them. I even wrote an extensive piece at the time to describe it as best I could. Still, I knew that some day it would be applicable and perhaps hold keys to understanding reality and a better way to manage my engagement. Reading this book brought it all back for another round of deep diving.
This kind of journey is extensive, a deep dive into the unknown and, as Smith puts it, ‘into nothingness.’ Whether blazing trails or looking for breadcrumbs from those who’ve gone before, the journey is arduous, lonely and one is usually dismissed quite readily because any sharings in words or speaking is often misunderstood because the eyes and ears can’t hear from the place of the conveyer. It’s a tough road, yet one that is absolutely worth it.
Is Consciousness Revealing Itself?
I’m in the second half of the book now, communications from ‘space people’ that was restructured a bit to make sense and follow some order of logic. This is another real gem and relevant to experiencers in particular, in my opinion. This New Science is invigorating! I was impressed to look up its publishing date; 1964, the year I started having out-of-body experiences in preparation for the journeys to the orange cigar-shaped cloud the following year. It took 57 years to get to me. I was born in 57. huh…
“Three things are necessary to understanding, that is for data to have meaning. First, the data must actually reach the recipient accurately, and this is not nearly as easy as it looks. It must reach him either through his physical senses, or through direct mind contact, both of which are subject to distortions. Second, the recipient must be coded to receive the information. That is, each bit of information must be significant to him; it must have its own meaning in its own right. Third, the recipient must be able to process the data, which is the fitting of it together until it becomes an integrated whole, which is meaningful and self-consistent. To these three major steps may be added a fourth, which is essentially the cross-checking of meaning with others who have been exposed to the same data.”
Now we’re getting somewhere and his assertions echo best practices that I know in communication and facilitating the pre-construction workshops I’ve done for a couple of decades now. There is a practical and pragmatic element Smith addresses. We all know it, or at least I think we do, yet do we practice it in our own subjective experiences?
It’s been my concern that regressions are always secondary processing sequences that are prone to confabulation and misinterpretation of data that is reviewed instead of experienced. I’m a hypnotherapist and it concerns me enough to question the level of detachment to any agenda when in session with others. Question cannot be leading in any way, even with an unspoken intention of drawing out specific information. People who tend to believe they’re dealing with an abduction will ask leading questions. It may not be an abduction at all.
Back to the topic and things that bring us together naturally. Several months ago I crafted a brief video with the intention of adding to the flow of connecting ideas and material that seems to make sense common. I frame the idea of the soul being a point of light within us that is still connected to the Great Light from which we come. It’s brief. Give it a watch, please. See if it rings true for you.
Spin Doctoring
“We have had a superficial look at the behaviors of a single spin center and a peek at a multiplicity of spin centers. We know that our matter is made up of enormous numbers of spin centers, some of which are relatively quite close together, so let us now see what happens when there are a great many to consider.
In the first place, all the spin centers could be lined up; that is, their spin vectors could all be pointing in the same direction. In this case we would say that such matter is “polarized”, and we would expect different properties than from unpolarized matter in which the spin vectors were randomly oriented.
It may be readily appreciated that at any point the effect of the summation of each of the fields due to each individual spin will depend on (a) the relative distance from the reference point to each spin center, and (b) the relative orientation of the spin centers with respect to one another. This consideration is apart from any “background” field that may be present.”
Reading the above brought back some considerations I’d pondered about the TAO, or rather it’s symbol. It was just after watching Contact the first time and it made me question a lot of our symbols from another dimension, like the primer somehow.
In doing so it appeared that, perhaps, the light pulsing through the DNA helix was the intended representation, off and on, much like I considered the ‘number of man’ to be the carbon atom. There’s got to be some kind of science in everything, even if we may not understanding it completely, or sometimes at all. The off and on creates the spin that Smith references, perhaps? Did we forget the wash cycle?
Drilling down the TAO, the continued consideration led to questioning what connects everything on an atomic level. What’s the most prevalent element in the known universe? Hydrogen. What is the bonding agent for our DNA? Hydrogen. What gives us ‘light’ to our physical eyes, mostly hydrogen with a little helium mixed in to keep it light.
So, elementally and perhaps with reasonable logic, our unity consciousness in the physical world begins with hydrogen. It’s scalar and vector aspects of spin is vast and microscopic simultaneously. There is perfect natural order.
Is there also a perfect natural order in the non-physical dimensions that is known to those that inhabit them? Could it be that, like Neppe and Close posit, consciousness, space and time are tethered across dimensions naturally?
