ET Phone Home… Contact in the Desert Review

Michael, Z & GiorgioET Phone Home…
Was there Contact in the Desert?

Held at the Joshua Tree Retreat and Event Center, renown for its history of prominent personages and gatherings. Contact in the Desert brought folks from all over the world to hear many of the most prestigious names in Ufology today. This was literally one of the hottest multidisciplinary events in Ufology history, not to mention the weather. We didn’t get the chance to hear everyone, but we asked a lot of questions of the patrons who had gathered. Our cottage was a gathering place for after event conversations and meteor shower gazing.

Ear to the Ground

panel - et contactGeorge Noory [Coast to Coast host] was one of the highlights of the event. He led a panel that shared a variety of perspectives on the subject of ufology which also included some reflections on where we’ve been, where we are and where we are apparently going. Going into detail on those subjects would take volumes.

Suffice it to say don’t believe everything you hear and test that which you do with your own experience and understanding. We’re much closer to each other than one might think. Dr. Steven Greer‘s CE-5 gathering didn’t get a lot of compliments, though, yet the folks were glad to have had the opportunity to gather together with intention.

Michael Tellinger‘s presentation highlighted his ongoing discoveries of ancient artifacts and the connections with psychospiritual technologies used to move large objects. Alfred Webre‘s concern for what he calls ‘transhumanists’ and their electronic manipulation of DNA from a distance led to understanding the capacity of conscious awareness being able to circumvent any such action. Celeste Yarnall expressed that letting go of fear is the key to ascending from the trauma of life, let alone abduction. We’re all looking for the next step in our human evolution.

Surprises… or not.

After over a decade of corresponding, Alfred & Zen finally meet.

Alfred & Zen finally meet after being introduced by Winifred Barton over a decade prior. Our conversation was one of the highlights of the event.

Reports from several attendees expressed concerns for sharing the truth. Many feel it should be free; consistent with the methods in which it is discovered. Yes it may come through a series of trials and tribulations, yet when one is willing to experience them the ‘truth’ is revealed. One speaker was said to have expressed to his audience that if they wanted the truth they had to pay him for it. How would you feel hearing that from the podium?

The overall consensus, at least in the sample group questioned about the event, was that we are evolving in our own understanding and ability to make better choices. The ‘message’ from ET is: ‘take care of yourselves and the planet.’ Seems its the age-old challenge of learning to get along. Civilizations that have developed the technology to travel dimensions, space, time and communicate telepathically all share this premise, not surprisingly consistent with the core of most religious and spiritual teachings.

Our capacity to connect with our star families leads us to greater awareness. More over, through our ‘right use of will’ the intended affects of the ‘controlling’ faction (HAARP, etc) are lessened by the advancement of consciousness within humanity. Finally, there was agreement with the presentation of humans as cosmic consciousness condensed into forms we call bodies. The conscious recognition of the fact is what the extraterrestrials are attempting to get through to us.

Ultimately many felt we are them, just in a lesser developed state of being on Earth so far, hence the conflicting understanding of lesser evolved and material-minded individuals and the more evolved spiritually-minded folks who see the prospects of harmony among people and planet as real.

The question is: How do we bridge the understanding with practical application of science and technology for the benefit of everyone?
