Kosta Makreas – Founder, ET Let’s Talk & The People’s Disclosure Movement

Kosta Makreas – Founder, ET Let’s Talk & The People’s Disclosure Movement

interviewed by your curator, Zen Benefiel for One World in a New World

And now for something completely different… with an invitation to engage Star Family visitors further through ET Let’s Talk.

We’ve been diving deep into the lives of those in the trenches in business, organizational development and systems transformation in a variety of ways. This conversation moves to a whole different world of experience, invitation and planetary advancement.

Kosta Makreas brings a new dimension to the conversations, perhaps in some ways apocalyptic to our audience, from having a professional career in software engineering to interacting with Star People. ET Let’s Talk is a collection of people from around the world, some hosting CE-5 events, that gather for the specific purpose of human initiated contact.

As two Hoosiers reuniting, we launch into some familiar territory for us. Both of us have been active in Ufology for decades, though Kosta has taken a front seat, so to speak, with his efforts to build, organize and support a vast network of folks who want to make contact with Star People, which is their preferred nomenclature according to Kosta.

What may seem odd or peculiar or even scary to some has been lifelong experiences for others. Kosta shares how his interest began as a youth and the challenges he faced growing up in a period when it wasn’t too popular to talk about engaging aliens, let alone calling them Star People. His shares a synchronistic experience his wife had while he was away on a CE-5 week-long campout.

If you haven’t heard the term, CE-5 refers to human initiated contact with Star People. Kosta’s work began with Steven Greer and quickly evolved to developing contact groups around the world on his own. ET Let’s Talk and The People’s Disclosure Movement has been growing for several years now.

Our chat moves into discussing the People’s Disclosure Movement, taking the notion of disclosure and putting it in the hands of the people instead of governments that have not been able to announce their knowledge.

Research and study is always necessary, and Kosta mentions a study that includes over 4,000 accounts from around the world. It was performed by an organization called FREE, under the title of Beyond UFOs – The Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non Human Intelligence.

We discuss Kosta’s work with ET Let’s Talk (https://etletstalk.com) and the numbers of people involved. You might be surprise, though perhaps not.

If your curiosity is sparked, you’ll enjoy the conversation for sure. We only scratch the surface of the work and how it affects those involved. For decades it wasn’t popular to speak up or out about this topic and now folks seem to be flocking toward their own discovery and engagement.

Effects of Exploration into Experiencer Elucidations

Making Sense Common Among the Fray

Have we explored the effects of experiencer elucidations as well as we can? To date there have been so many attempts to clarify the concept of contact with extraterrestrial and/or non-human intelligence. Academic studies from past and present activities delve into subject, though interpretation of data and subjective experiences are inconclusive. Many have fallen into the rabbit hole and get overwhelmed by the warren, not realizing so many POVs exist.

The rise of interest offers the opportunity to investigate the plethora of possibilities, yet the salient points of our instruction are often lost. The latter seems to lead us toward a kind of renewal of curiosity with conscience, exploring with the intention of seeking cohesion. It seems the notion of creating a better world is also at the core of the communications many receive.

Perhaps taking a look at the current status of maturity in our global civilization is a good place to start in assessing the present and getting a better picture of how to evolve with maturity. The world is full of distractions and ufology is no different. Regarding the maturity level of humanity, we’re probably just entering the teenage years, thinking we know more than we do and acting without conscience toward people and planet.

Our Current Planetary Mindset

The world seems to be run by a Profit Over People mindset that hasn’t been challenged for millennia. We see the effects and suffer the consequences, a global challenge has resulted on several fronts now, including a pandemic from polluting our bodies, minds, air, land and water. We are not separate from our environment and the wisdom of our elders is growing in acceptance, much like teens becoming young adults.

Acceptance and recognition of ‘visitors from space’ is reaching new heights in government and military disclosures, yet they are still being seen as some kind of threat to our survival by many. The latter has no definitive proof and lacks the real recognition it deserves. Taking into consideration the vast amount of data and examples of interaction, such as crop circles on the one hand and shutting of weapons of mass destruction on the other.

The easier thing to do is get caught up in the phenomena that non-human intelligence presents, like channelings, orbs or sightings, for instance. In all good conscience, where is it taking us? How can we determine the validity of the ‘channeled’ information? What really are orbs? What are the craft in our skies? Should we be wary or welcoming?

Information Resources of the Esoteric Order

There is a near inexhaustible amount of information from various channelers and psychics; automatic writing, conscious, mediumship, trance and through regression. The latter was the life work of Delores Cannon and produced volumes of material. Jane Roberts (Seth) and Edgar Cayce, Darryl Anka (Bashar), Lee Carroll (Kryon) and JZ Knight (Ramtha) are examples of trance channlers. Jim Self, Steve Rother, Geoffrey Hoppe and Esther Hicks fall into the conscious channelers, and Ruth Montgomery was well known for her automatic writing.

The detail of information also spans the gamut, from simple ideals and reinforcement of universal ‘love’ to fairly intricate explanations of the order of things, like the Urantia Book. Flashing on Robert Heinlein, can we really ‘grok’ the magnitude of the intelligence and structure within the constructs of creation? What are we really seeking to understand?

Perhaps we can all agree that in the hierarchy of attention and thinking, we’ve kept ourselves busy with disclosure and physical proof to convince us beyond a shadow of a doubt that UAPs or UFOs are real and nobody really knows what is going on with them, or at least who we think should doesn’t appear to know any more than most ufologists who’ve been around a while.

The CE-5 experience, albeit as profitable as it’s been for Dr. Greer, has still focused on visual events, though telepathic communications are sought and often occur as well. Still, the subjective experiences vary among individuals during the same event. Beyond the general well-wishing and happy engagement consensus of groups, there really isn’t any lasting or sustainable communication that leads us forward toward bettering our conditions on Earth.

Bringing It All Home – Experiencer Elucidations

Social distancing has given us the opportunity for quiet time, reflecting and resolving long-standing torments in our human dynamics as we see evidence of just how dystopian our society has become just as many, maybe too many, feared it would. The fear is likely to have produced the current conditions, not because we wanted it to, because the attention was on what we did not want to happen, not on what we do.

It may seem like splitting hairs, though the communication from nearly every angle through the reflections of the vast majority of experiencers is that we are much more powerful and are unconscious of what our emotions and thoughts have produced. The overarching theme of messages from elsewhere is one of raising our consciousness, being more mindful and paying more attention to understanding natural laws. Advanced or enlightened consciousness moves us, or ought, to consider a greater order and expanded reality.

To date we’ve had our own type of social distancing from the advancement or consciousness and the discipline it takes to do so. We’re lazy and prefer the dance with the unknown to be at a distance. The up close and personal events produce a certain awe and curiosity in many, though we haven’t found a place to purposefully collaborate on applying what we know. It’s still like a game of ping pong, where accusations or theories are tossed about to and fro with few actual conversations happening.

Conversations that matter are our next step on so many levels, across the spectrum of our existing reality. The constraints we find are present due to confining and/or conflicting belief systems and even the underlying result of mistrust that is happening from social distancing. It’s imposed for our safety, yet its psychological affects are catastrophic to the human experience. We get triggered in some way and lose all sight of the shore we so enjoyed as one before we came here to engage our development as conscious beings individuated.  How do we, you and I, find resonance with a greater aspect of ourselves that is indeed one with All That Is?

The latter probably seems unattainable, at present, or possibly isn’t even understood. The engagement of non-human intelligence, ETs et al, seem to allude that this state of being is well understood by advanced races and it is our destiny to soon understand it as well. All races, according to a cursory assessment of high-level communication, have gone through the process of chaos to order in their own worlds. From experiencer elucidations, we’re being invited to do the same, grow in our awareness and understand the simplicity in the complexity across consciousness, time and space. Whether we accept the invitation or not is a choice each individual must make as we move into a ‘new time’ in the development of our planetary civilization.

Tragedy Turned Triumph – Perseverance in the Perturbations

Uncommon Experience Sets the Stage

Why are people so out of touch with common sense, ethics, morals? I seem to be a fly in the ointment kind of guy, stirring up questions on the fly. I have no real allegiance to anything other than progress toward cohesion and harmony among people and planet. Where do we get guidance to make sure we’re doing the right things right? It’s like a free-for-all for some, getting caught up in the nonsense.

We relate to the world through our experiences and sharing them, the tragedy to triumph processes, often gives others encouragement to stay the course. My hopes are to increase the joy of journey, lead with vision and share great stories that inspire others to find their prudent path toward harmony among people and planet. Occasionally, it’s even effective.

A wonderful group of people gathered around the concept of conversations with others, peering into the depths of what keeps us afraid, angry, ignorant and immobile in times of fear and stress. The television show that evolved included interviews with nearly 200 people and revealed very similar patterns in overcoming their fears, moving toward achieving their dreams both personally and professionally. The closing included practical advice for everyday living.

Since becoming aware of the extreme empathy I had at times as a kid, the process always seemed to resolve in the ability to withdraw the emotional feelers; to observe and sense what was happening. That sense went from cursory to deeply psychological over time. A common thread for seekers today is an experience of tragedy turned triumph, which gets them looking deeper into the meaning of their lives.

Emotional feelers are those etheric tendrils, if you will, that extend from our perceptual center sampling our environment constantly. What or where is our perceptual center? Indigenous philosophy says it’s in the gut, where all vibration in our surroundings is accessible. Others say it’s the heart and others think it is the head or brain. Regardless of what or where, we get the impressions and, without filters, become nearly incapacitated with the sensations. That’s a scary thing for an adult to go through, let alone a kid who can’t articulate what is happening.

Man, I can totally relate to the rejection and ridicule scenarios when sharing deeply personal accounts of experiences. I certainly have had my share and can empathize with others for sure. It seems we all spend a time or season engaged in the mayhem, unable to extricate our mind from obsessing on the fear of uncontrolled sensations. It makes us do crazy things. I learned to present things with a bit of humor, even when the topic is a very sensitive subject. I’ll share a short video that illustrates the point.

Clinical Perturbations and Performance Enhancers

As a teen I spent some time in psych ward, probably a good thing my parents felt was necessary. Trying to explain experiences with any kind of sense to those with no frame of reference was nearly impossible. I resigned to doing some time and figuring out what I needed to do to be free again. My parents at least knew I was safe, though the shrink didn’t seem to have and experiential depth from a spiritual perspective.

First thing I learned was I wasn’t the only one wanting to be heard. Others were having similar bouts with the unseen and trying to understand them. Sometimes one has to be ‘in’ to be ‘sane.’ What took me the longest was learning to tell the doc what he wanted to hear. My story got me labeled. It didn’t matter what I felt my truth was at the time. It might be that way for others in family and friends situations, too. Has your tragedy turned to triumph? I hope so.

That short stay was back in the Thorazine days where people become lumps in the corner from the side-effects of prescribed meds to keep people docile. It didn’t for me fortunately, an anomaly to the staff, playing a lot of ping-pong instead. Yet upon my return to society I felt extreme anxiety to the point where my body would tremble uncontrollably. It was embarrassing to say the least. It took me a few years, but I got to where the anxiety went away and I was able to stand up in front of people and feel more at ease.

Challenges of Family and Relationships

Over the next decade I tested my mettle as a husband, employee, father and priesthood holder, only to find those paths didn’t work, either. In spite of my commitments, others didn’t see things the same way and lost integrity. They say the three greatest fears are death, divorce and public speaking. I experienced all through and survived spinning it into a live metaphor for transformation presentation a few years after our divorce and corporate expulsion.

I wanted to offer something back to the community that was poignant, practical and purposeful. The idea popped into my head driving through Phoenix one day, clear as a bell, and pushed me back in front of people to continue my personal growth. The message was good, too, yet the whole experience was more about learning how to let go and flow in front of a group, using a few prompts to keep me going in the right direction.

Louis Russo (RIP) was a great influence on a number of folks in Phoenix. His Mystic Moments events, which began in his home and expanded into an old church renovated for an artist community, always had something of value to offer in learning experiences. He was a gifted medium and psychic who also ran a comedy troupe, the Oxymorons. They delivered esoteric information via comedy skits that were well-crafted interactions of comedic proportions.

Ufological Perturbations in Paradigms

Ufological? Is there a logic involved? In my own path, humor has been a constant companion, if only in my own head. Sometimes I have unexpected help (Apollo’s off camera voice) and I enjoy the flow. Many shut down when a sensitive subject is being addressed and side-comments ensue. The video below is an intro to a panel discussion that included Len Kasten, Cynthia Crawford, John Sackett and another (off camera). It was a great panel with about 100 people at Vision Quest in Scottsdale, AZ. Len, Cynthia (RIP) and John (RIP) are/were good friends.

You can tell I enjoyed it and them. We had/have great relationships. John must’ve known he was on his way out and gifted me a green sport coat that I’d expressed I liked. I was humbled by it for sure. I’ve given people things, too, warmed by the reception and value they offered. I know Cynthia was the same way, offering solace to others. Sometimes she’d call me for help, too.

I’m not bashful in talking about sensitive subjects and loosening up the audience. I’m a professional facilitator by trade (one of my hats) and my work entails getting people, places and things aligned to work together in exceptional capacity. The environment is the construction industry and projects include building, road, bridge, national park and waterways that are in the multi-million dollar range, the largest being nearly half a billion. People need to be a little loose when issues are in process of resolution, able to make light of miscommunication and move on.

The Flip Side

Here’s an example of bad behavior, though. The off-camera participant later caused a scene during an out of state event over dinner and then with the promoters. I was sharing Cynthia Crawford’s vendor space and this person decided to come chat for a while, I thought to get to know me better and I her. It seemed like a normal conversation. Dinner time came and mutual friends invited us, but she needed a ride to the restaurant. I offered and we went.

After ordering dinner a conversation ensued about indigenous wisdom and she made a statement about white people not respecting it. I voiced my opinion that everyone I knew did and that I thought she was incorrect. That response turned ugly; immediate emotional outbursts of being a victim and me not liking her, etc. In public, throwing a temper tantrum, wanting to leave immediately and expecting me to take her, then stomping off to another table by herself to call for a ride. It felt like a set up.

Her actions were absolutely shocking, making me wonder if there was other issues afoot, perhaps the result of her relationship with some Chief that developed a cult of followers. The folks that were with me were just as perplexed and admitted I had done nothing to provoke the tantrum. When it came down to the truth and sharing, they didn’t want to offend their friend by calling them out in the moment. Nor would they speak with the promoters once I discovered the problem. People accept this kind of behavior. Why?

I suspected the disturbance wouldn’t end there and it took months to confirm it. I found out she made some slanderous remarks to one of event promoters that got me pulled from their lineup for the next event. They didn’t bother to inform me, either. We had already agreed that I would be a presenter. It wasn’t until I received their flyer months later, that I found out. I called them and found out none of what she told them was true, though without doing any fact checking they didn’t want someone like me involved. People… From what I hear, this happens too often. I’m just relating a personal experience of it. Things need to change. What is acceptable?

I got over it, but still… completely false statements and underhanded behavior that is indicative of the Ufology field, unfortunately. The promoters didn’t know any better either, naive of the ill-intended interaction. As we mature we gain discernment and wisdom. It still happens, though, and people aren’t discerning enough to be able to tell the difference. That is another form of rejection, by supposed peers, that can be even more depressing when folks are trying to show up with honesty and integrity and get punished. Why bother to keep showing up? Folks don’t seem to be interested.

What does it take to be honest and have integrity and to develop community standards that support working together toward common goals? Isn’t that a far better intention?

Not too long ago someone announced that 29 people were killed by androids in Japan and people ate it up, with absolutely no proof. The news spread like wildfire, only to serve the journalist who ‘broke’ the story. Even Snopes got involved to expose it as a hoax. Then there is the secret space program and the race for breaking information that, in reality, has been around for decades among the basement tapes of Ufology.

Now we’ve got an argument over who released what and who said what in the supposed ‘greatest story in the history of Ufology’ that just seems to be another rendition of pointing fingers, obfuscating the truth and distracting the public from the real questions that need to be asked. Chest beating and word slinging, even at each other, seem far superior than actually having an intelligent conversation. We seem to love the drama. Who really cares?

It’s really surprising how folks who had nothing to do with Ufology a decade ago are now proclaiming to have all the information and the ‘big news’ is about to come out. Do they think the public is that naive? Do they not recognize those who’ve gone before them and dedicated their lives to the work? Do they not realize how transparent the battle for publicity is? Most of what the current flag wavers are presenting is not new news, period.

Overcoming the Odds

Many people, even those within Ufology, are depressed because of the current state of affairs and behaviors I mentioned above. Some are threatened by free-thinking and acting individuals who’ve been through the gamut, overcome fears and learned about the need for fearlessness in living, whether it be contact experiences or daily reality. The main theme of current conferences is a combination of sensationalism and tall stories with absolutely no proof that seem to captivate audiences. When are we going to start calling them on their shenanigans and demand better?

Time truly is on our side and this is all part of a process toward advancing a planetary civilization on many levels. We all grow at various speeds and timing. I’m encouraged by what I see happening recently, like the burden of proof statement Michio Kaku made at the recent World UFO Congress in Barcelona, Spain, being a breath of fresh air for the community. Then there is Alienstock and the thousands of folks that showed up, to do what?

Two things are striking – Timing of Climate Change march; the synchrony. Coincidence? Woodstock began a generation of change. That event was fringe, too. Granted it had a few more people present, but this appears to be a few thousand, at least, and it was purposeful in drawing attention.

A third unconsidered… where do ALL lines meet to organize a march and/or movement? What common agenda is necessary to bridge worlds and sustain us simultaneously? What is its scope and where are the people, places and things to organize it? Do we even have trusted leaders in the field yet, and who are they?

There is an upwising in the field, it seems, and people are talking about more important topics with some actual science and math involved, a universal language we’ve forgotten to use. It reminds me of the Eternal Lightness of Being and the potential joy that awaits simply by letting go of expectations and frustrations and looking for congruence. Yes, we can learn to laugh at our previous ways of being.

It’s time we exercised some discernment, though, and question everyone and everything to the best of our ability. Some have more ability due to their backgrounds and experience. We need to call people out for inappropriate or obfuscating behavior, imho. It doesn’t have to be nasty or pejorative at all. Asking specific questions can reveal a lot about the character of another, especially when they either avoid the answer or get provoked and react harshly to the question.

It seems that cohesion in the field would emerge after a while. Do you see any signs? With the access to information, we’re no longer gullible or ignorant of what is or is not capable of human use of technology. Advances in science and technology are readily accessible on the Web, along with the theoretical or applied science aspects of technology. The integration of consciousness, perhaps the glue we’ve been looking for, stimulates an evolution in our thinking. There really aren’t that many closely held secrets, in the government or otherwise if you know how to look and ask questions.

Encouragement for the Frayless

Perhaps that will help other experiencers with more important information come forth and be heard, another aspect of tragedy turned triumph. We really need to stop the nonsense with all the secret space programs and video footage hoopla, they’ve been around for years now. There’s much more at stake here and we need to pay attention to our people and planet. Others are paying attention AND they are letting us know. Why?

What do experiencers have to say regarding a unity of purpose that gives cause to be marginalized and obfuscated by the rest of Ufology?

I had a recent discussion with Dr. Jeffrey Mishlove, one of the most up-to-date thought-leaders of our time. He’s had numerous interviews with Russell Targ, John Alexander, Jacques Vallee, Vernon Neppe and a host of others with a variety of perspectives on consciousness and its potential affects on paranormal phenomena, occasionally inclusive of Ufology. Jeff’s views on the events are similar, they seem more like profit-making circuses than intentionally looking into the phenomena. You might enjoy our conversation.

Where Do We Go From Here?

Beyond the reference to an old Chicago tune, the notion of learning how to work together better was the intention of UFOlogyPRSS in its compilation and launch in 2013 at the International UFO Congress in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Although it has received accolades from many for its appearance and span of information, the idea of activists, bloggers, experiencers and the like actually participating has been largely ignored even with direct invitations. It seems folks are more interested in just posting on FB in groups and rarely engaging their audience in conversational threads. What is the reservation?

Of course UFOlogyPRSS isn’t the only resource or attempt at getting people to become involved. There are other websites where clusters of folks have come together to share information, philosophy and potential answers to the challenge of interaction with intelligence beyond human. Social Media has made it possible for people to share information across a variety of groups and pages, yet the tone of the conversations are still somewhat adversarial when it comes to doing the right things, like opening up discussions that matter for our survival.

Sid Goldberg made a comment in a conversational thread recently that I feel applies to us. He said, “In time, all things will become obvious.” Can we begin to acknowledge the obvious more openly instead of allowing the proliferation of disinformation and public distraction? Is the old adage of ‘follow the money’ appropriate still (seems to promote division) or do we need a new one like ‘follow the resonance’ to be our new credo? We’ve got to have the discernment to do so and it takes all of us to agree to move in that direction, whether icons are carrying it out or not.

Is there a particular call to action now? Perhaps it is simply to observe from a distance and let the truth bubble up in front of you. Collaboration is imminent, yet happens through those willing to do so. For now connecting with us on FB, liking page and joining the group and Twitter is a good step, perhaps even joining our newsletter or follow UfologyPress RSS feed. We’ll be able to keep you informed of hopefully relevant stuff. We won’t spam you.

The Virtue of Contact – Implications for Our Future

Trapped in a Paradigm

We’re a world in fear right now, perhaps rightfully so with the trends of conditions we feel helpless to change. Is it by design or negligence in our own development? Is there a cross-over in fields of study, a synergy of discoveries and knowledge that we’ve missed somehow? The author’s opinion is there is indeed a virtue in contact that can impact our future in positive ways.

Ufology has a convoluted past and severely limited present with the kinds of information that keeps us from moving beyond the separative notions that seem to keep us afraid, angry, ignorant and immobile in unifying our efforts toward a virtuous path. For some, it is obvious that this virtuous path does indeed exist and has been either ignored or purposefully obfuscated by those who are still in the command and control paradigm.

So many ‘experts’ are caught up in conspiracy and phenomena, leading us away from a concerted effort to become more self-aware and fearless toward our future. The concerns for our planet and people are real yet many, if not most, feel powerless to change our current course. “Be The Change,” still echoes in the memes and themes across the Internet.

Being the Change

How do we ‘be the change’ in the face of the relentless onslaught of misinformation and intentional distraction from a collaborative and cooperative movement toward harmony among people and planet? Too many feel the ‘harmony among people and planet’ is an incredulous notion we will never be able to manifest as human beings on Earth. To the contrary, there have been statements and inspired presentations of a ‘new age of enlightenment’ for decades.

Ufology has been an environment where money talks and bullshit walks in step with the would-be soothsayers who seem to just want to argue and discredit those who have had real engagement for most of their lives. Countless folks have attempted to enter the fray with open hearts and genuine intention of serving a greater cause which includes becoming part of a universal order amongst the stars.

In a fairly recent interview, the Sociology of Ufology, we discussed the history of Ufology and the path it has taken via the promoters and presenters within the community. The same themes are regurgitated with different personalities over time, nearly all of which leave a skewed view of the reality many face. It is often, but not always, steeped in fear of the unknown rather than embracing opportunities to learn more about ourselves and the universe.

The Virtue of Contact – New Discoveries

In recent years the discovery of consciousness being an ever-growing aspect of ‘contact’ for experiencers led to the exploration of what ‘being awake and aware of our surroundings’ really means on much subtler levels. After all, the subtle clues within synchronicities and the growth in self-awareness is tantamount to the advancement of our understanding within contact scenarios. What were once perceived as threats (confronting our fears) have shifted in experiencers’ understanding toward the fearless nature of the higher vibratory realms our ‘contacts’ present.

Through the tireless efforts of many who see this trend and want to inspire others to consider a new living awareness, progress is being made. Every question has an answer, though we may not understand it immediately. Are we asking the right ones that lead us to the virtue of contact? Instead of looking for validation of our fears, perhaps we can look for evidence of a holistic system that includes our own advancement in consciousness. In the author’s opinion, making sense common is our goal and can be linked to frequency.

Making sense common, you might ask? Across the electromagnetic spectrum and within the thoughtmosphere (collective intelligence) truth has a resonance within our bodies and minds. Indigenous wisdom says there are three brains; the gut, heart and head. The first brain, which we rarely acknowledge as being the most important, is the gut – the solar plexus. It is where we are connected to everything vibrationally – we FEEL first.

The interpretation of those feelings or sensations is where we get bogged down because we don’t have many who’ve been able to give us clear advice, or at least we haven’t looked for it. In fact, though, we’ve been given clear advice through millennia by those who’ve risked their lives to share the wisdom and path to inner or self-awareness. The evidence can be found in countless volumes of literature.

It could be said that a good ‘gut check’ is a primary functional capacity we have for discernment. It could also be said that what we look for intentionally, we always find. The latter serves for both fearful and fearless creations in our lives. Quantum physics even suggests that our realities are malleable until we observe our thoughts manifesting.

What kinds of thoughts are present in your mind?

Speaking of minds and our potentials in the virtue of contact. Channeling has been a ‘go to’ form of information gathering for many as well. The author has had serious questions about the validity of such information coming out of the mouths of those who profess to ‘channel.’ Some years ago he experienced a public session with Steven and April White who channeled Ashtar and Athena. The event left him intensely curious about how connections at that level are made, after being singled out in the audience with their stares during the sessions.

There are many intentional perspectives to consider, yet one stands above them all – the intention to be of service to others. It’s a pure notion, free of ego and disturbance yet nearly always the channeler does not remember anything of what was said. The question of accountability notwithstanding, the information is nearly always pertinent to someone or ones in the audience. Remembering isn’t important. It is not a remedial reading class for regurgitation on demand.

What the author found out some years later during his own experience of ‘letting go’ and allowing a trusted source to engage his body, mind and vocal chords is that the consciousness of the individual is still present, just not locally. Consciousness never completely vacates the scene, so to speak, it just goes to a different location, non-linear and non-local, where yet another private conversation or experience takes place.

It would seem this is a similar experience to many experiencer recounts of either bi-location or teleportation into other realms for the duration of the ‘contact’ experience. The non-linear and non-local event simply cannot be recorded effectively because the brain/mind has no reference to be able to do so; articulation of such events is nearly impossible at first. Tenure, alas, does allow one to learn how to communicate the experience in lesser emotive ways over time.

The consideration of the virtue of contact within the experiencer community and Ufology as a whole would vastly change the direction of our thinking for the good of all.

When you have ‘No Deal’ as an option, you feel liberated because you have no need to manipulate and push your agenda to drive what you want. You can be open and try to understand deeper issues. Steven Covey – Six Paradigms of Human Interaction

It’s No Wonder We’re a Bit Confused by Intelligence

Intelligence is Over-rated

I’ve been involved with this field for several decades openly and a couple more as an early experiencer of high strangeness. It certainly doesn’t make me an authority, yet I do have some perspectives that few seem to garner as experiencers. I have an above average intelligence, last clocked online at around 151 using my opposite hand just to make it interesting and no rum was involved. My adoptive parents told me early tests were higher and they feared that telling me would turn me into an intellectual snob. Perhaps I have in the minds of some.

Lately there has been yet another flurry of details regarding Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs) and top secret government intelligence programs that have been studying them. Luis Elizondo recently spilled the beans on an obscure government program he was involved in that was tasked with studying the UFO phenomena, AATIP was its acronym. The Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was supposedly led by him. He ‘quit’ the Pentagon because it he was frustrated by the cover-up.

Wow, what a news story that nearly every media outlet picked up on and made Luis an icon in Ufology almost instantly. Was he really involved or, like many, chose to sprinkle some truth in a large lie to get attention? Yes, AATIP existed, and it “did pursue research and investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena,” Pentagon spokesperson Christopher Sherwood was quoted as saying by Keith Kloor, journalist for The Intercept. However, he added: “Mr. Elizondo had no responsibilities with regard to the AATIP program while he worked in OUSDI [the Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence], up until the time he resigned effective 10/4/2017.”

Intelligence or Insanity?

Luis isn’t the first to muddy the waters in Ufology, though. There is a long history of folks who, with no evidence available other than their word, have forged careers out of elaborate story-telling with details that entice the ears and stimulate the minds of the listeners and readers. Jeffrey Mishlove invited me to discuss the topic in an August 2018 interview he titled ‘The Sociology of Ufology.’ We discussed the tragedy within the field and the travails of those who genuinely seek the truth of whatever is known about our visitors from space.

It seems most of the folks who do have a clue are quiet, reserved and unrecognized by those who find the UFO circuit to provide a means of accolades and notoriety. It’s a small pond in comparison to the larger picture, yet the majority of experiencers are faced with few other opportunities to gather and commune with others of like experiences. The phrase made popular by The X Files, ‘I want to believe,’ now included the necessary discernment skills to weed through the BS. How close are we to really knowing the truth?

In the larger sense, what is the truth about these visitors? We now have irrefutable evidence they exist, specifically military videos as well as officials who’ve had first hand experience, rather sightings, of craft that is obviously not of this world. This evidence has been around for decades in the Ufology circles, yet hadn’t reached the public ears and eyes through major media until this year. Still, there has been evidence that has gone relatively unnoticed from years past. It has been right in front of us, available to find, for decades.

Intelligence of the Visitors

But what of those inside the craft? Who are they and what are they doing? Why are they here and what are their intentions? How do we find out about their intelligence? Do we think the government or major media outlets are going to tells us? Heck, they don’t even know from what many gather. So what is missing? Is there an underground movement, like Dr. Joseph Burkes suggests, that is painstakingly sharing information amongst each other to corroborate and distill general discoveries and potential objectives of these visitors?

It seems that methods of communication vary, mostly telepathic and yet include non-linear and non-local metaphysical-types of temporal distortion or even time-dilation. Events that are perceived as being very physical, when viewed through quantum lenses, are evidence of a multi-dimensional reality much like Neppe and Close describe with their TDVP model of consciousness, time and space being tethered. We have one timeline, yet the experience covers multiple dimensions simultaneously.

Do we need advanced degrees in quantum mechanics to understand it all? Some my think so and certainly there is a lot of math involved in explaining things from a scientific perspective, just like Einstein tried to with his theory of relativity. Jung had many dinners with him over nearly a decade and was greatly influenced by Einstein in the development of his papers on psychiatry. Bertrand Russell was also influenced and noted that to think Einstein’s Theory of Relativity has no philosophical impact was folly. Hans Reichenbach felt that human ‘sensations’ were more, that they were intricately connected to something going on in the universe.

Intelligence within Consciousness

Back to the consciousness that is being expanded by the ‘sensations’ of engagement by non-human intelligence. It spans more than just our visitors engagement of terrestrials. These same sensations are akin to the experience of higher realms of consciousness, often accompanied by a sense of vibration that has been described as both excruciating and/or exhilarating, depending on the frame of mind of the experiencer. So there is a choice involved as to ‘how’ to experience this ‘contact’ as the case may be. If it’s startling with a sense of fear involved, it’s excruciating. On the other hand, if it’s startling with a sense of intrigue or fearlessness, it’s often exhilarating.

Is there a path of logic that fits the scenario of their intent or purpose for engaging humanity in any way? If we looked at things from the perspective of an advanced civilization, what might that be? We tend to see things only through human-centric and fearful eyes, a looming threat. If that were the case, we’d be living in a much different world. Ancient civilizations have learned much, but what? If we are fascinated with the inner-workings of matter and ‘spirit,’ could we posit that this is a general path of evolution and development of intelligence? Where would it take us?

The universe has inherent logic, math and science we have only just begun to understand even in process of entropy to negentropy, from chaos to order. Could it be possible that the communication being delivered through human contacts, interpreted in a variety of ways, is steering us toward recognizing the intricate connections we, in our expanded consciousness, have with everything around us? Consider we’re 99% space, even though we seem physical. What permeates the space we all share? How would we best engage it? Is there a path toward understanding it? What might that be?
