New Hope with The UFO Disclosure Advocates

UFO Disclosure Advocates Make Strongest Closing Argument Yet!

Monday, May 8th, 2017 at 9 pm EDT, EPIC Voyages Radio’s resident Medical Doctor, Dr. Joseph Burkes M.D. leads a discussion with Disclosure Advocates Dr. Lisa Galarneau and Russ Calka about the government actors who actively play a role in misdirecting the public about the existence of extraterrestrial life and the black projects assigned to studying the UFO phenomenon. Unfortunately the website has been rebuilt and the file isn’t available now. (2021)

LISA GALARNEAU

Lisa Galarneau is She considers herself a socio-cultural anthropologist, futurist, US Army veteran, and experiencer since childhood, Lisa is committed to illuminating the truth about our extraterrestrial and extradimensional visitors as well as challenging the truth embargo.

Her employment background includes stints in cryptology, telegram singing, and commercial anthropology, which she currently works in today. When earning her PhD, Lisa studied the anthropology of online gamers, traveling to thirteen different countries to study behaviors in different environments.

We Believe Disclosure Is The Key Issue Of Our Time

“I have always taken it for granted that contact with extraterrestrial life is looming on the horizon for humanity. As an optimist, I tend to see this as something that would be full of possibility, and indeed the very thing we need as a society in these perilous times, rather than something to fear. “- Dr. Lisa Galarneau

RUSS CALKA

Russ has been fascinated by the UFO topic since childhood and is an impassioned leader in the Disclosure movement. Previously an active member of the Disclosure Lobby, Russ has now taken the reins for the U.S.- based Disclosure effort.

Disclosure Will Advance Our Development

“Convinced by overwhelming evidence of an extraterrestrial intelligence engaging the human race since 10 years old, I have come to the final conclusion that the ONLY thing that will save this planet from self-destruction and and allow the Human species to advance our development amongst the stars is the formal acknowledgment of an Extraterrestrial presence. It’s called #Disclosure. It’s the law. It’s desperately needed.” – Russell Calka

The Disclosure Activists Manifesto (of course there is one)

We know without a doubt that our planet is being engaged by offworld civilizations that are extraterrestrial or extradimensional in nature. As an activist group, we are committed to uniting various research groups and organizations in order to get this story out to mainstream audiences.

We stand for the following:

  1. We do not support any truth embargo enforced by government, press and media, nor the scientific establishment. We know that vast amounts of evidence are routinely ignored or covered up by these organizations.
  2. We do not believe that there have been efforts to contact offworld civilizations (i.e. SETI) that have yielded no results. We do not accept that our space agencies, like NASA, are ignorant of these encounters with off-world civilizations.
  3. We do not accept arguments suggesting there is no proof of this activity nor do we accept ridicule or stigma when discussing these serious topics.
  4. We are convinced that our planet and civilizations have been engaged by offworld civilizations for millennia. We accept the extraterrestrial hypothesis as valid in many cases and while we consider terrestrial explanations for all things, we do not privilege terrestrial hypotheses only.
  5. We know that a variety of governments, militaries, and other organizations have had contact experiences that they have kept veiled in secrecy. We know that there have been recent efforts by government agencies (like the CIA),whistleblowers, and leaks to disclose the offworld presence, but as of yet, no world authority has given confirmation. This must change.
  6. We understand that our offworld visitors hail from numerous star systems and races and that our contact experiences with these others have been both negative and extremely positive. We know that Disclosure of the offworld intelligences engaging our planet and civilization could mean a quantum leap forward for humanity. This is both possible and desirable.
  7. We are aware that there are numerous unacknowledged and suppressed technologies that have been revealed by these interactions with offworld visitors and we know that some (e.g. free energy) could greatly benefit humanity.
  8. We attest that government truth and transparency are critical to the success of any democracy, and we have a right to know the truth about our offworld visitors. We believe that citizen resistance and effort are critical at this time in our evolution and a critical part of consciousness improvements to our species. – http://www.disclosureactivists.org/

Convincing People about UFOs?

ufo congress 1991WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO CONVINCE PEOPLE THAT UFOs ARE IMPORTANT?

Joseph Burkes MD 2014

UFO historian Richard Dolan has described the initial reaction of many people to his passionate interest in the subject. They express interest, might even describe something they saw on TV concerning the phenomenon and then after a few minutes of his well informed explanation, their eyes gloss over and they are clearly bored. What about convincing people about UFOs?

THE ROLE OF AUTHORITY FIGURES

Yes opinion polls indicate the public is interested in UFOs, advertising executives have long known this, but the fascination is for most part quite superficial. Why is this? I suspect partly because of the massive denial of authority figures that say, “there is nothing to it.”

After all, the world is so complex; we rely on authorities to put to use vast amounts of data to make what we hope are reasonable decisions. Most people have little understanding of the technological “miracles” that science has achieved, but they are grateful and trust the devices, like planes, autos and computers to work reliably.

Needing to trust leaders I suspect might be built into our biology. For a million years before civilization was established, hunter-gatherers worked in small groups to survive. Leadership was a question of life and death and those clans that had the best leaders, the shamen and sha-women that knew how best to kill the animals or find the healing herbs and deliver the babies, played a critical role in survival. So we the people have a strong tendency to be,”we the sheeple.”

LINKING UFOs TO SOLUTIONS FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS

For the UFO question to take on special importance in the popular imagination it will need to be transformed from an entertaining diversion and become a way of addressing the seemingly insurmountable problems our planet is facing. This is already being attempted by those within the UFO community that discuss the possibility of downloading into our technological culture the secrets of the energy propulsion systems of flying saucers. So-called “free energy” in one fell swoop could eliminate poverty and pollution, thus possibly reversing global warming and ending world hunger.

Of course in order for the so-called ET’s to give us such devices they might understandably insist on a peaceful transformation of our planet to replace what UFOlogist Stanton Friedman has called our perpetual state of “tribal warfare.” This is going to be a hard sell when the mass media and academia in service to their corporate masters repeatedly insist, “There is nothing to it.”

HE WHO PAYS THE PIPER CALLS THE TUNE

From the control groups’ point of view, those of the clandestine forces determined to keep a lid on the UFO issue, an important strategy would be to recruit authority figures to block any significant discussion of flying saucers. Opinion makers who step out of line find that their access to funding cut off. This is all done behind the scenes and is quite effective in my opinion.

In the USA the National Academy of Sciences has made it perfectly clear that UFO studies are not part of the “legitimate” agenda for professional science. Scientists that step out of line will find themselves unable to secure grants thus ending their careers.

In broadcast journalism, talk show hosts that might attempt to inform the public in a detailed way, would find themselves without corporate sponsors. The major newspapers are controlled through their editorial boards that in turn are dependent on corporate sponsors to continue publishing.

This analysis is not a conspiracy theory. I describe the way power works. In the former Soviet Union it was the political dictatorship of the Communist Party that attempted to regulate almost every aspect of people’s lives. That social experiment failed miserably. In the West however social control is far more sophisticated, decentralized and uses the knowledge of social psychology called “public relations” to effectively manipulate the masses.

RESISTANCE TO CHANGE ALSO COMES FROM WITHIN

On the individual level our tendency to identify with our thoughts leads to a profound attachments to old ideas. This resistance to changing one’s point of view flows from the ego itself. People strive to maintain their religion, political ideology, or moral customs to the point where some would even are kill to maintain them. Just look at the present situation in Syria, or at the millions killed centuries ago during the Protestant Reformation in Europe.

So what will it take to change mass public opinion on the flying saucer question? Well mostly it depends on what UFO intelligence chooses to do. If “they” continue the present pattern of interactions, millions of individual sightings yearly, interspersed with occasional massive waves, I imagine that there will be opportunities to slowly build public awareness by a responsible program of education.

RESPONSIBLE PROGRAM OF PUBLIC EDUCATION

This will require UFO enthusiasts to discipline the crazies in our midst, think creatively and most importantly of all build stable, well-financed organizations to carry out the work. All this will need to be done in the face of a powerful opposition of groups that has great experience in controlling public opinion, the economy and their political operatives who run governments.

“TURNING PAGES IN A PLAY BOOK

Can we trust UFO intelligence to follow what we imagine is their existing “game plan?” I suppose not. After all we should never assume that we can think like the so-called “aliens.” The ever-changing pattern of interactions as pointed out by UFO researcher Grant Cameron appears to be as if they are turning the pages of a “play book” with Men in Black in the 1960s, so called “abductions” in the 70s, crop circles in the 80s and continued mental interactions with millions of experiencers many of whom are instilled with a sense of mission and are striving to convince their fellow Earthlings that we should look up and accept what our “lying eyes” are seeing.

My guess is that UFO intelligence will present us with infinitely creative new ways of waking us up from our collective stupor concerning their “wonders in the sky.” I am of the opinion that their presence is non-harmful and very likely to be beneficial to mankind. Bringing others to this hopeful perspective I imagine is a challenge that UFO activists will continue to face for some time.

About the author: Dr Burkes volunteered as a Working Group Coordinator for the CE-5 Initiative from 1992 till 1998 when he left CSETI. He has continued to study the flying saucer phenomenon working with MUFON and the Peruvian contact network now called Rahma. Dr Burkes retired from the Southern California Pemanente Group after thirty years service in 2008. He is a board certified internal medicine physician and is licensed to practice in California.

Changed Priorities Ahead

ChangedPrioritiesXSmallWe’ll shift focus from our contributors for a moment. In a personal post Dr. Joseph Burkes, ufologist from Contact Underground and associate of Kosta Makreas, mentions John Keel and Dr. Jacques Vallee as inspirators for his quest to understand the UFO phenomena. Who has inspired you in your quest?

The original post referenced the challenge of science to deal with UFOs. In main stream scientific realms, the mention of UFOs could be a death knell of your career. It inspired me to offer some additional considerations which also puts me on the fringe of the fringe. I changed my priorities years ago, choosing to view the phenomena through a larger lens.

Changed Priorities Ahead

Keel’s work didn’t put UFOs in a positive light for the most part. It wasn’t obvious whether he spoofed the serious or tried to equate the phenomena with some nefarious supernatural conduct. Vallee, on the other hand, advocated the early extraterrestrial hypothesis and later the interdimensional hypothesis. Both influenced a large number of folks in the Ufology community.

There appears to be a very beneficial engagement that keeps getting swept away, though. It has more to do with Vallee’s theories than those of Keel. The subject is rarely, if ever, addressed in the realms of Ufology. It is like the proverbial hot potato. The field is fringe enough with deception and denial of even the most logical intelligence and/or reports of interaction beyond the physical.

John Keel’s use of ‘ultraterrestrials,’ I sense, may be better termed ‘intraterrestrials’ because of the appearance on inner planes of consciousness more than the physical planes to date. Yes they do have many forms and may indeed adjust their forms to fit our ability to perceive. I have a different perspective because of my personal path, but I wonder nevertheless. Rather than rely on other material, I figure why not engage our own truth-seeking mechanisms that are built into our consciousness? In the case of experience, why not question it differently?

In his recent autobiographical book, Forbidden Science, Vallee summed up his views about the provenance of UFOs, a viewpoint that he’s developed through decades of research: “The UFO Phenomenon exists. It has been with us throughout history. It is physical in nature and it remains unexplained in terms of contemporary science. It represents a level of consciousness that we have not yet recognized, and which is able to manipulate dimensions beyond time and space as we understand them.”

It would seem not only possible but probable that after so long (hundreds if not thousands of years of ‘contact’) that there would be some mixed blood lineages on Earth as well? Heck, there might even be some pure blood lineages. Some already believe this to be true and that they are part a global dominance conspiracy. If they can manipulate space/time, are their humans that can as well?

Considering the number of races visiting, is it possible we could have many lineages whose ‘mission’et-disc-binary is to get along? Could it be that intimate? Would it make sense that intimacy has occurred beyond the stories of abduction and embryo snatching? Are paranormal events initiated by humans an indication of evolution or display of ‘extraterrestrial/intra-terrestrial/ultraterrestrial’ lineage?

Like the ascension to consciousness or self-realization, maybe the process of questioning identity and reality leads us to this truth as well. Those who’ve had close contact and/or conversations with ‘intelligence’ (often non-corporeal yet presenting an off-planet source) tend to lean toward a more beneficial interaction intended to assist humanity in getting their proverbial shit together. Their main concern is for us to learn how to get along and respect our planet.

If one steps back and views the long-term, would this not make sense? It might even explain the phenomena of those who have had ongoing contact, staying out of the limelight and only recently beginning to speak out. If the general level of intelligence is so belligerent toward possibility, how can we possibly more forward with compassionate exploration? It would seem only appropriate to at least consider our potential discoveries.

Certainly the early expierencers/explorers might not be able to articulate their events eloquently, but might have sounded like flower children in their referencing the out-of-this-world discoveries. Imagine experiencing something wonderful; out of the boundaries of any known phenomena yet beneficent in nature. How might you interpret and report such an event?

Not too many folks would give you the time of day, believing instead that you have ingested something or were just ‘out there’ by psychological default. In the cold hard fact world, the warm fuzzy subjective experience would go unnoticed and/or be trivialized for some time, imho. Science has no way of objectifying subjective reality.. or do they? Maybe that’s where Valle and Keel began.

It is that consciousness that I believe is present in humans, at least to some degree, and those who are having ongoing contact experiences are part of that world-bridging effort. Because it is within our evolving consciousness, it is something that has to be discovered, like asking the right questions. If one is given answers to questions unasked, the knowledge falls on deaf ears.
