We know without a doubt that our planet is being engaged by offworld civilizations that are extraterrestrial or extradimensional in nature. As an activist group, we are committed to uniting various research groups and organizations in ​order to get this story out to mainstream audiences.

We stand for the following:

  1. We do not support any truth embargo enforced by government, press and media, nor the scientific establishment. We know that vast amounts of evidence are routinely ignored or covered up by these organizations.
  2. We do not believe that there have been efforts to contact offworld civilizations (i.e. SETI) that have yielded no results. We do not accept that our space agencies, like NASA, are ignorant of these encounters with off-world civilizations.
  3. We do not accept arguments suggesting there is no proof of this activity nor do we accept ridicule or stigma when discussing these serious topics.
  4. We are convinced that our planet and civilizations have been engaged by offworld civilizations for millennia. We accept the extraterrestrial hypothesis as valid in many cases and while we consider terrestrial explanations ​for all things, we do not privilege terrestrial hypotheses only.
  5. We know that a variety of governments, militaries, and other organizations have had contact experiences that they have kept veiled in secrecy. We know that there have been recent efforts by government agencies (like the CIA),whistleblowers, and leaks to disclose the offworld presence, but as of yet, no world authority has given confirmation. This must change.
  6. We understand that our offworld visitors hail from numerous star systems and races and that our contact experiences with these others have been both negative and extremely positive. We know that Disclosure of the offworld intelligences engaging our planet and civilization could mean a quantum leap forward for humanity. This is both possible and desirable.
  7. We are aware that there are numerous unacknowledged and suppressed technologies that have been revealed by these interactions with offworld visitors and we know that some (e.g. free energy) could greatly benefit humanity.
  8. We attest that government truth and transparency are critical to the success of any democracy, and we have a right to know the truth about our offworld visitors. Phoenix Lights – Celebrating 20 Years

Probably the most notable person that keeps the event alive is Dr. Lynne Kitei, the force behind the documentary ‘Phoenix Lights.’ She is a regular at the Harkin’s Theater in Scottsdale, Arizona in mid-March every year. With the help of many actual witnesses, the Phoenix Lights documentary is rich with evidence that ‘we are not alone.’

Excerpt: On March 13, 1997 something extra-ordinary happened in the skies over Phoenix & across Arizona. On that clear evening a parade of low flying, mile wide V-shaped arrays of orbs & craft glided silently overhead, attracting the attention of at least 10,000 people. This is the detailed account of that evening & the ensuing cover up of what is now being hailed as the largest mass sighting of UFOs in modern times – but there is much more to the story.

Dr. Kitei and Steve Lantz have crafted a story for the history books, with real-life witnesses that number into the hundreds. It is estimated that thousands of witnesses exist, many of them remain silent for fear of ridicule. The brave and courageous witnesses that have come forth make for a compelling pile of evidence, even without the physical proof, that we are not alone.

What has happened since that eventful night, the apparent cover-up and the relentless efforts of then City Councilwoman Francis Emma Barwood to get to the truth? Governor Fife Symington scoffed at the event initially, showing off an alien-costumed cohort at a press conference. Years later his story was much different. It is funny how things can change when public opinion is not so important.

Fife recounts his experience, “It was enormous and inexplicable,” he said in an exclusive interview from his home in Phoenix. “Who knows where it came from? A lot of people saw it, and I saw it too.” Symington says he saw a large triangular “craft of unknown origin” with lights, moving slowly. “It was dramatic. And it couldn’t have been flares because it was too symmetrical,” he says. “It had a geometric outline, a constant shape.”

Perhaps it was the bank fraud conviction that nullified his actual testimony of the event and made it less important in the public eye. So many witnesses remain baffled, not by the sighting, by how little attention has been paid to such a phenomenal event. Dr. Lynne speaks and shares clips and photos at many UFO events around the world, but she seems to be overshadowed by the sensational stories of those who may likely be intentional distractions to the truth.

What we are left with are obvious signs that something literally out of this world was present that night. What were ‘they’ doing? Was it a test to see how the public reacted or responded to a visible craft, large enough to leave no mistake about it? There were paradoxical and polarized results, from evidence of scrambled jets to complete denial of anything happening. Humans in power are fickle, evidently.

I, as an available interested party and personal friend, was present for many of the interviews conducted at Village Labs by Jim Dilettoso and Michael Tanner in the days and weeks following the event. The stories were consistent in what witnesses saw; the shape of the craft, the immense size, the silence and the apparent ‘particles of light’ darting around inside the actual lights as they passed overhead. The accounts were too similar and witnesses had no contact with each other prior to their interviews.

Village Labs was also a hot-spot for UFOlogists at the time. Photo and video analysis was a forte’ of the duo, Dilettoso and Tanner. Jim had appeared on numerous TV shows regarding his analysis of popular ‘evidence’ provided by many from around the world, including many still on the ‘circuit’ today. Guys like Lt. Colonel (USAF Ret.) Wendelle Stevens and Jaime Maussan were regulars. Jim and Michael were instrumental in the sharing of information with Dr. Lynne as she developed her documentary files.

Something that Jim revealed to me was that there were actually two ships that visited the Valley of the Sun that night, one that traveled along I-17 and another that traveled south following Scottsdale Rd. That information isn’t shared in the documentary, but the single mass-sighting is certainly enough to keep our attention. So many witnesses, so little attention by the media and researchers still.

The question remains, “What was the purpose for ‘showing up’ in Phoenix?”

We’ve come a long way since the Roswell crash and years later the star charts from Betty and Barney Hill. The UFO experience has transformed through several iterations and manifestations that have produced books and even events of both short and long-term survival. Still, the obsession of ufologists to get to the truth spans a variety of topical areas including abductions, contact, physical sightings, government coverup and more. There are still deeper questions to ask about why ‘they’ are here and the notion that there could be aliens among us.

Many themes have been presented by movies and television, from benevolent to malevolent aliens and agendas, including not so nice governmental involvement. These same themes circulate amongst the ufologists and ufo enthusiasts, also with mixed views of the reality of extraterrestrial visitors and their intentions. Consequently the general view is one of keeping a distance, perhaps even a fearful notion even when curiosity of contact is in play. The stories of government and/or military malevolence and coverup only adds to the already confusing nature of the extraterrestrial conundrum.

Rarely are themes developed that allow us, as humans, to peer into the lives of others. Diversity training was and is a critical factor in the workplace, dealing with other countries and cultures, especially in the expansion of American companies moving into international engagement, manufacturing overseas and a workforce embedded in an entirely different culture. At first the attempt at expansion met with miserable failure because there was no consideration for other cultures; company leadership simply thought they could become the dominant culture with little effort. On the other hand, immigrants who entered the US were faced with having to learn the ways of their new culture, often completely foreign to their experience.

Now you are probably wondering why I digressed to foreign relations. It just seems natural to perceive the possibility of extraterrestrial races adapting to our world and, in effect, facing the same issues of learning about a new culture. We may not fully entertain the notion of such a possibility, but it often makes for good programming in the entertainment industry. One such series, known initially as Roswell High, was introduced around the turn of the century. The theme of the show wasn’t particularly popular, but it illustrated a different side of the the alien agenda.

Max Evans, his sister Isabel and their friend Michael Guerin appear to be human, but are in reality the survivors of the 1947 UFO crash known as the Roswell UFO incident. They are from the planet Antar. Upon emerging from stasis pods, they appeared to be 7-year-old orphaned humans. Max and Isabel are adopted by a loving pair of attorneys, the Evanses. Michael, who was not so lucky, entered the foster care system, bouncing from household to household with lots of families rejecting him.

The aliens have special powers, including the ability to:

  • rearrange molecules (change objects, heal injuries).
  • “dreamwalk” (observe, participate in, and manipulate others’ dreams).
  • sense each other’s emotions from afar.
  • create psychic connections that allow the alien to see into another’s mind.
  • perceive colorful halos or auras around humans that indicate emotional state.

Max, Isabel and Michael have successfully kept their true nature a secret for a decade. The series begins with the accidental shooting of Liz Ortecho, a human friend of Max’s. He cannot bear to see her die and risks bringing attention to himself when he uses his powers to save her life. Liz is soon let in on the secret, as are her friends Maria DeLuca and Alex Manes. The six teens quickly bond and learn to trust one another, and Max and Liz fall deeply in love, and Michael and Maria fall in love. Together the group fends off the suspicions of law enforcement, alien hunters, while seeking clues about the aliens’ origins.

From some of the stories floating through the ufology thoughtmosphere, there seem to be some eerily similar references. What is also important to note is the trepidation of those who may indeed be unaware of their origins and find themselves experiencing many of the types of abilities and or sensitivities mentioned. People have been tortured throughout history, emotionally and physically, for exhibiting abilities out of the ordinary. We don’t always know where these abilities come from, but they are definitely present in our world.

For those who tends to look deeper or perceive beyond the norm, shows like Roswell offer some consideration from both sides. Obviously people tend to freak out when faced with otherworldly notions. On the flip side the conundrum of those who are absent of terrestrial ties, as orphans and/or adoptees, remains nearly an emotional abyss with little or no access to qualified help. In that case, what would ‘qualified help’ be relative to the nature of the questions?
