We know without a doubt that our planet is being engaged by offworld civilizations that are extraterrestrial or extradimensional in nature. As an activist group, we are committed to uniting various research groups and organizations in order to get this story out to mainstream audiences.
We stand for the following:
- We do not support any truth embargo enforced by government, press and media, nor the scientific establishment. We know that vast amounts of evidence are routinely ignored or covered up by these organizations.
- We do not believe that there have been efforts to contact offworld civilizations (i.e. SETI) that have yielded no results. We do not accept that our space agencies, like NASA, are ignorant of these encounters with off-world civilizations.
- We do not accept arguments suggesting there is no proof of this activity nor do we accept ridicule or stigma when discussing these serious topics.
- We are convinced that our planet and civilizations have been engaged by offworld civilizations for millennia. We accept the extraterrestrial hypothesis as valid in many cases and while we consider terrestrial explanations for all things, we do not privilege terrestrial hypotheses only.
- We know that a variety of governments, militaries, and other organizations have had contact experiences that they have kept veiled in secrecy. We know that there have been recent efforts by government agencies (like the CIA),whistleblowers, and leaks to disclose the offworld presence, but as of yet, no world authority has given confirmation. This must change.
- We understand that our offworld visitors hail from numerous star systems and races and that our contact experiences with these others have been both negative and extremely positive. We know that Disclosure of the offworld intelligences engaging our planet and civilization could mean a quantum leap forward for humanity. This is both possible and desirable.
- We are aware that there are numerous unacknowledged and suppressed technologies that have been revealed by these interactions with offworld visitors and we know that some (e.g. free energy) could greatly benefit humanity.
- We attest that government truth and transparency are critical to the success of any democracy, and we have a right to know the truth about our offworld visitors. So many today banter about the past; opinions and research that have been so trampled they have lost their appeal to serious folks. You might be one of them. Unfortunately, the attraction to the curious has helped to develop an industry that supports speculators and storytellers as much as real information sharing. In the thirty plus years the author has been involved there have been at least three cycles of activity. 
What began in 1991 as the International UFO Congress in Tucson, Arizona has become a business venture. It spawned several others over the years, some doing better than others. They all tend to follow the pattern shared above. The better the marketing and/or story, the more intriguing the conspiracy or mystery, numbers flock and those numbers mean dollars. In loose surveys over the last decade or so, real experiencers and serious folk express the need for discussing the non-human intelligences and communication that reveals a common thread toward learning how to live in harmony with natural law and order, like the universe.
Believe it or not, there are humans who have learned it as well, nearly every one knows of interdimensional as well as interstellar capabilities. They cut through all the Ufology industry stuff, usually by non-engagement, and look for other ways of more ethically-driven ways to gather. Perspectives vary across the gamut of topics associated with Ufology. The Winter Solstice of 2012 both closed and opened a new cycle of time. I published Zendor the Contrarian on that date as well, symbolic of the cycle in the closing of a major period of my life and the new beginning of life beyond earthly constraint. As I paused to reflect this last year, Ufology seemed to have taken over nearly every aspect of my life at last.

Astrologically it was consistent with the segue between the Piscean and Aquarian ages. The specific time was August 16-17, 1987. My family and I were camping at Dairy Springs Campground next to Mormon Lake. I’d been led there by the companion I mentioned earlier after cruising Sedona looking for a spot. We pulled in just at dark and a space opened up for us while we were driving through it. It was full otherwise.
So twenty five years later we reach the apex of the transition, the Winter Solstice of 2012. Many things were anticipated or presumed would happen, including the ludicrous notion that the world was going to end. In fact, though, the rising of consciousness due to the cosmological and extraterrestrial influence reached critical mass, but nothing in the outer world reflected it yet. It wasn’t supposed to, according to that conversation some years prior. The next 25 years yield the implementation of the awareness garnered from the waxing of consciousness, on the ground it means that people would begin to demonstrate an understanding of harmony among people and planet.
